Es precioso, cómodo y son súper amables
La tranquilidad, el gusto en la decoración, un paisajístico muy cuidado, la piscina con esas maravillosas vistas y el trato súper afable del personal.
El desayuno podría ser algo más variado para estar acorde con la calidad en el resto de comidas.

Beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere, super quiet, perfect to relax! Beautiful pool area, good food, very spacious room and very nice staff.
Fortunately my wife speaks Spanish, otherwise it would be a bit difficult with English, but ok.
Nos encantó el trato de cercanía y familiar. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La habitación muy confortable, limpia y muy bien decorada. No le faltaba ningún detalle. La calidad de la comida excelente y todo muy fresco,incluso nos pusieron algún producto recién cogido de la huerta. Un lujo.!!!. La piscina ideal. Si quieres desconectar de verdad este es el lugar. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la experiencia de relax que combina a la perfección una buena oferta de gastronomía y un inmejorable entorno natural. Mereció la pena un viaje tan largo.

La limpieza de la habitación. Una suite tan grande requiere mayor cuidado en este sentido.
Había restos de los huéspedes anteriores (envoltorio de sorbete de batidos en el suelo, batidos en la nevera, un coletero del pelo… las sábanas de la cama sin planchar… arrugadas…. No sé… considero que son detalles a considerar y cuidar. Una cama king size con sábanas arrugadisimas parece una cama usada ya.
Las toallas de baño son muy pequeñas y tuve que utilizar las destinadas a la piscina para el baño.
Grande chambre. Calme au milieu de la campagne. Personnel très sympa.

No nos gustó la poca variedad de la carta, la limpieza de la zona de la piscina y la piscina en sí, tenía todos los rincones verdes y los skimmer y la falta de personal.

It's was a great pleasure staying at Aqua et Oleum.
We chose it because it's small, secluded and the dogs are allowed.
The food at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding.
Definitely recommend trying it out.

Aqua et Oleum is located in the outskirts of the town of Villamiel. This former olive oil mill has been converted to a small 8 room gem of a hotel. This was our base for a 3 day leisure stay of the area.
The setting is extremely relaxing with it's views and the creek running through the rear of the property. We were in room #3 which is large and comfortable.
Joseph, the owner, has managed to make a great transformation creating an environment to make his guests feel at home.
Victor was always attentive to anything we needed. He was in communication with us while we were out with regard to meals when we returned being most places were closed at the time we wanted to eat and Chef Roy can cook delicious meals!
Everyone and I mean everyone went out of their way making sure we were at our maximum comfort. Joseph, Victor, Roy, Christina, Patricia and all those behind the scene, thank you for making this a fabulous stay.
