Check in was super easy! Beautiful room with a luxury feel. We've already recommended to our family for a future stay and I would stay again. Love it!!!

Really cute hotel! Very clean (no bugs or visible dirt) and easy to get to everything in downtown Gatlinburg.
The AC in our room paired with overhead fans worked almost too well. We at some points had to turn it up to stop freezing lol.
I slept on the pull out couch in the living room and it was pretty spacious and comfy. Lots of USB plugs everywhere. :)
Just to preface this- we really enjoyed our experience here but I would have preferred a couple of improvements.
We were placed in the room directly across from the fire pit and people were out there being loud until 2 am one night despite quiet hours being specified. :(
The smart phone casting to TV only worked for the bedroom TV and not the living room. With the proximity of the rooms, we had someone named Gabby trying to cast to our TV while we were watching it several times.
The hotel has no front desk staff and any requests are done online.
The shower has very good pressure but the lip at the bottom of the shower does not hold water in. We had to roll up a towel in front of the shower door to keep water in.

My husband and I booked our stay on the way to Gatlinburg as a quick getaway. The online pictures looked very nice but we were skeptical because of the low nightly rate. We were pleasantly surprised at our arrival! This was such a beautiful, clean, comfortable and affordable property. The aesthetics were so pleasing and I felt like I was staying in a cabin! This hotel is within walking distance to downtown yet off the beaten path. We especially loved the rain shower!!
Perfect location if you plan on doing all things Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere!
You will hear it your neighbors when they enter/leave their rooms, or sit outside at the fireplace. Didn't bother us that much but just something to keep in mind.
The property was extremely clean and safe. It is a great location and quiet. We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay again!

Minor things: the shower head was too high and the shower head/ shower sprayer knob was broken.

The bed was slightly harder than I prefer
And the shower head sprayed the whole floor below almost to the sink and toilet so I had to clean it up for fear of slipping and falling on it.
The rainfall shower head was awesome. Simple set up just the right size for my family and I.
