I love that the stay was in a quiet hotel. We stayed as a family of six and there was enough room for everyone to sleep in. Yes it was a bit crowded for six people. But the hotel was more affordable than others and we managed to make it work for the three nights that we stayed. They will kick you out at exactly 10am so be wary of the checkout time. There was a 7/11 walking distance so it was nice to stop by before or after heading back to the hotel. Over all I would stay here again but maybe with less people.

The hotel accused us of damaging their kettle and billed us ¥3,500. We never damaged the kettle. If this is their policy then they should have someone inspect the rooms before checkout. Another thing, the room they provided only had two beds and 2 futon beds that was so thin, causing pain in the back, we requested 2 additional futon but they never gave us. So we just used the foam inside the doona cover. Very bad hotel service.

The location is nice and quiet, felt very safe there. Convenient to subway station. 711 and Lawsons close by as well.

The hotel had no services avail. Towels only replaced after 7 days stay. Theres washer in the room but dryer is by lobby area. Youre required to take out your own trash and sort it. We were only provided 1 key to get into hotel and our room, so exploring the area seperately was difficult. There was a very strong pungent smell in the hallway of our floor that bother us.

We were a party of 5 (3 adults / 2 kids). Room was very small, its like a studio type room. There were only 2 single beds and 3 mattress toppers that they used as beds. The 2 beds were so hard that it may have been just the box springs that they were using. Every bone in our bodies hurt when we woke up the next morning. The beds were low to the floor so getting up was a bit difficult when your whole body was aching.

I probably wouldnt stay here again if ever i come back to japan.

Clean and had everything you need including laundry detergent. No dryer. Only 2 stops from Ueno. 711 and 24 hr restaurant sooo close. Was a great location for transit acess a 5 min walk down the road and a grocery store as well. Quiet neighborhood. I'd stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kyu Kyu. It was convenient to the metro and restaurants. The room was nice and provided the amenities we wanted. My only complaint is that there is only someone at the front desk if they are expecting a new check-in. It would have been nice to have someone available.

Beds were comforfable. Grocery store and restaurants withing 10 mins walking lots of convinience stores around as well

The room is nice, comfortable, and very quiet. There is laundry machine in the room and free dryer use near the entrance on the ground floor. Microwave is in every floor corner. Staff is ready on call to attend to needs. Close to Minowa station which connects to main connecting other subway lines and Japan Railways. Recommended for family stays. Close to 7-11 and Lawson mini marts. Lots of dining choices nearby. Overall a great experience.

Great location but very standard. A nice perk was a free washer for our clothes in the room. Didn’t see the staff much but we didn’t need anything.

It has everything we need and close to the train station and food places

The hotel is in a great location, and easy to find. Its close to a train statuon making it eaiser to get around. Its clean and the staff is friendly my check out was much earlier than my flight and they happily kept my luggage safe until I was ready to collect it. They just asked when I'd be back :). I recommend this hotel! You have access to a laundry machine as well.

The property was really clean and great pricing for the room. The room was very small with bare essentials but that’s all I needed. The bed was a floor bed which wasn’t said when I originally booked it but I was able to do with the floor mattress. The mattress was thin but if you can’t handle that then double check with them when you book. Staff was friendly and nice and check in was easy and so was check out. Train station is 6 min walk and tons of stores and other restaurants near by. Over all I really liked the place and would stay again. Appreciate your guys hospitality. Thank you!

Near train station. Domino pizza, AEON, supermarket nearby so convenient. Like the washing machine in the room and daily wash and dry. Don’t expect any room service or cleaning as it is self service with the vacuum in the room.

Looking forward to the day I return to be able to stay here again. Quiet and in a perfect area, and I was blown away by the comfort of a 布団 as an American.

we chose beacause it was close to metro train, has 7eleven very close by for convenience.
Price was good, has washing machine in room, dryer downstairs (no charge), microwave outside the room on our level, it was quiet.
Beds were very firm, no pillow tops lux here.
you get used to it, room is small but it works for what we needed. family of 4 adults, 1 bedroom / room
Ueno and Akihabara only 15 mins on train. Lots of eating options in the area. We would stay again at this price.

La propiedad se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo, esta cerca de la estacion de metro lo que es facil para transportarte, incluso nosotros nos fuimos caminando al barrio asakusa que es un buen destino turistico, tiene tiendas de conveniencia cerca u en una de ellas hay area para fumadores lo cual le da un plus para los que fumamos, la habitacion muy limpia, con lavadora u clima, es ideal para lo que la usamos, solo para descansar ya que desde las 9 am nos salíamos a pasear y regresabamos en la noche, si estas esperando una habitacion para pasar mas tiempo en ella que salir a pasear esta no es tu opcion, el personal muy amable y con toda la disponibilidad de ayudarte, camas comodas, agua siempre caliente por que fuimos en invierno y al regresar lo que buscabas era calor, en general todo excelente, como puse antes si buscas habitacion para pasar todo el dia ahi, esta no es para ti.
