Pros:

Hello! We loved being at An Yen Resort, Alex and his family are extremely nice hosts. The family room we took was clean and tidy, WiFi is great. The location is quite isolated, but the seaside view is charming. We loved it very much. It is very cozy, family style. The location is extremely beautiful, I strongly encourage travelers support this resort.

Cons:

Well, I think it is Phu Quoc problem, the garbage that comes from the sea is not being cleaned up daily. It is understood, they do not have enough staff for it.

Great for dog lovers, beach and staff lovely.

Cons:

Everything was great- location meant you are far away from any sort of food and the menu was a lot pricier than anything local. I think if prices were lower then alot more would prefer eating in over going out.

Pros:

The resort is okay. The price is good and the location is fairly convenient, although you need a scooter to get around easily.
The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The beach in the resort was disappointing, it was dirty, there was a bad smell, and it wasn’t possible to swim.

Pros:

Le charme des bungalow dans la forêt au calme et le personnel adorable toujours prêt à rendre service et à faire plaisir, une chaussure décollée et hop Alex la répare , les smoothies à la mangue trop bon , la plage privée un vrai luxe mais hélas envahie par les déchets de la mer … quel dommage c’est si beau !

Cons:

Il manque un petit frigo dans les bungalow même s’il est possible d’utiliser le frigo de la cuisine c’est pas très pratique…. On est un peu loin des restos et de la ville sans moyen de locomotion c’est un peu compliqué

Jó adottságokkal rendelkező, de elhanyagolt, felújításra szoruló szálláshely.
Pros:

A személyzet végtelenül kedves, a kutyusok cukik.

Cons:

A környék nagyon lepukkant, és a szálláshely mindentől távol esik. A Grab taxisok nem is akartak szívesen eljönni értünk, vagy hazavinni minket.
A tengerpart élvezhetetlen a rengeteg szemét miatt.
A bungallónk (főként a tusoló) és a környezet egyáltalán nem úgy nézett ki, mint a booking.com-on. Mindenütt szemét van. A szálláshelyünk mögötti területre (kb 10 méterre) hordják a műanyag és kommunális szemetet, ami borzasztó.
A teraszunk a napozóággyal használhatatlan volt, mivel egy denevércsalád odaköltözött és összepiszkította az egészet napról napra. Hatalmas gyíkok voltak a fürdőszobában. Rengeteg a szúnyog.
A wifi többnyire egyáltalán nem, vagy nagyon gyengén működött.
Egy komoly felújítás és takarítás ráférne az egész komplexumra.

An Yen Resort ECO Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schönes ECO Resort, ECO ist wörtlich zu nehmen. Das Resort liegt ca. 5 min mit dem Roller von der Sao Beach entfernt. Das Resort Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten über das Resort zwei Roller gemietet und waren dadurch sehr mobil. Was leider ein Problem (das Resort kann dafür nichts) ist, ist der viele Müll der vom Meer angeschwemmt wird.
Die ganze Insel Phu Quoc leidet darunter.

Cons:

Wir waren so weit zufrieden und empfehlen das Resort gerne weiter.

Pros:

The space is very cozy and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The beach is right next to the bungalows so you can relax in the shade of the trees on the terrace after swimming. They also have motorbikes for rent at reasonable prices. I recommend and will definitely visit this place again 🙂

Pros:

An Yen is a beautiful, tranquil resort tucked away in a stunning part of the island. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. They arranged scooter rentals for us & the breakfast was 10/10. Eggs were superb and the fruit was insanely good. I could of spent many more days in this wonderful family run paradise!

Pros:

Location is perfect if you are looking for a still preserved Phu Quoc, also 6mins away by scooter to the wonderful Sao beach. The staff is so nice, they told us a lot about Vietnam and arranged a takeaway breakfast on our last day. They also provide laundry service and scooter rental which is super convenient. Rooms are clean and big!

Cons:

A few points of improvement: mattress is rock hard. Restaurant has a small menu and very expensive. Shower has a very low pressure, which we usually don't care about but after the sea it would've been nice otherwise
