Beautiful Newly Done Hotel
Pros:

Newly refurbished hotel in old building, beautifully done. Staff were really friendly. Free self laundry facilities were a bonus, also water fountain for refilling water bottles. Breakfast had good choices, if anything it was too much, as you selected a starter, main and TWO deserts for breakfast! . Bed was really comfy

Cons:

No hot water for showering, barely warm. Staff said each room had it's own 15 litre tank and maybe we had used it up but it ran cool after only 15 seconds of use and the heater had been switched on all night. Water drain from shower flowed into the toilet area. Beautiful room but not keen on the ground floor location with people walking past outside.

The best hotel experience in vietnam
Pros:

Everything, the decor is stunning, the free laundry service, and the pleasant aroma of the room upon entering made for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff were very attentive to my needs as a solo traveler who was feeling unwell during my stay, always asking how I was and offering assistance. Even after checking out, they continued to ensure I arrived safely at my destination. Excellent service and an unforgettable stay 😄. I really appreciate that.

PS: This hotel is located in a quiet area and local neighborhood compared to their other chain the M Village Hotel Danang Centre, which is located in a busy tourist area. After staying at both hotels, I prefer the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.

I will definitely stay here again if I return to Danang 🙂

Delightful and enriching.
Pros:

This hotel is truly 5 star--the staff, the service, the interior design, the wonderful rehabilitation of a historic landmark building, the food, the original art everywhere, the flowers--all extremely tasteful. Remarkable design!
And it is better than the photos!
I had an upper level room across from a charming coffee house on a side street (view included with this review), which I highly recommend. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and discreet, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I stayed for 4 weeks but would love to have stayed longer, and certainly hope to be back.
This was a city stay away from the madding crowd of the beach with a lovely library, several charming co-working spaces, delightful lounges, and free laundry!

Cons:

Everything was great--ask for a room with a view!

Lovely historical hotel
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The room overlooked the coffee shop next door on the first floor and was quiet as requested. The hotel had plenty of history you could read about. We loved the ambience and the day core and it was not far from some of the tourist activities and Grab was well priced if necessary.

Cons:

For a newly opened/renovated hotel the mattresses were not of the best quality and you could feel the springs in the mattresses. It would have been great if they had a pool as the days were hot and sticky and I know it is coming into there rainy season. If there is no room for a pool they could share with another hotel that does. The breakfast was the same for the 4 nights we were there.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very clean and confortable when you are in the big room. The regular ones are downstairs with a close view in front of a coffee (no intimacy). The big ones do not have a view, the window leads to a wall.

Cons:

You do not feel very welcome by the staff. No help with the luggages even though if the team is here. They also give a very cold vibe, it feels like you are bothering them. Not a real 5 stars hotel.

The room has a nice aesthetic and you feel very comfortable right from the start. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even contacted me to see if my onward journey went smoothly and suggested places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel :)
