Comfortable value for money stay in chennai
Pros:

Superb location-iy worked great for us during this trip. The wedding hall just 15 minutes away from Vibha.
Good neat and clean room with attached bathroom.

Cons:

We had to wait in the street for almost 20 minutes for parking space.

Felt so safe and sound
Pros:

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The place was exceptionally neat and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Aarti was available on WhatsApp 24/7 and responded promptly to all our queries. Ram was also very helpful and attended to any needs or emergencies without delay. The location was great too, convenient and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Other guest from another room kept all the unwashed dishes and cups which made the common kitchen to stink, when this was informed to Aarti this was handled within 24 hours.

Good place , high standard apartment at Reisential location!
Pros:

Worth for money and peaceful accommodation without any noise . No party people nor traffic noise. Good for professionals .
Friendly staff
Easy to connect other places in chennai!

Cons:

When it is Service apartment basically they should provide kitchen but unfortunately kitchen was not available for use.

Positives - rooms are clean , good location , comfortable beds and parking is available

Negatives - rooms are only cleaned once in two days, common kitchen lacks basic amenities , mattresses for extra person is very old and uncomfortable

Perfect stay for family based trips
Pros:

The place is located in a family friendly area of town, with restaurants and groceries nearby and easy access to public transport. The neighborhood is very calm and relaxed. Also both the owner and the staff of the property are very nice, helpful and accommodating and did everything in their power to make our stay a comfortable and satisfied one. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There is a common kitchen on each floor that the guests can use, fully equipped with stove and utensils, but if there were breakfast facilities available (as in a pre-prepared breakfast), then this is a top class, five star facility.
