Very big. Very well equipped. Nicely decorated. Good location. Quiet despite central location. Great ceilings.

Fue una experiencia absolutamente horrible. Seguimos sin que nos hayan podido explicar el motivo, pero en la cocina-salón había un olor insoportable. Se lo dijimos a la agencia y sólo nos dieron un ambientador en spray. Reservamos este alojamiento porque éramos un grupo grande (9 personas) y queríamos un salón grande donde poder hacer alguna comida juntos durante nuestra estancia y fue absolutamente imposible por el olor a putrefacto que había en el salón y que al segundo día ya se había extendido a todo el piso, a pesar de tener las ventanas abiertas y ventilando todo el día. No entendemos cómo pudieron entregarnos el piso en esas condiciones, pero algunos de los alojados estuvimos incluso intoxicados. Se lo recalcamos a la agencia al haber hecho el check-out y nos dijeron que nos harían el reembolso y no ha sido así.

Și poziționarea lângă Turnul Galata și lângă toată forfota de pe străduțele acelea înguste.
1. Lipsa aerului condiționat în dormitoare. Te sufocai! Nu am putut folosi cel de-al doilea dormitor.
2. Băile deplorabile, urat mirositoare;
3. Defecțiuni la geamuri, uși, lipsa mobilei sau mobila deteriorată;
4. Mizeria generalizată;
5. Poate cel mai urat și mai dezagreabil, lenjerii, pilote de pat și prosoape mizerabile și deteriorate;
6. Ceea ce aproape ne-a ruinat vacanța, urcarea zilnică de cel puțin două ori a scărilor până la etajul cinci!! Nu se poate să nu ai acces la lift!
7. Balcon mizerabil si neamenajat.
De locatie, de ruimte, de bedden sliepen heerlijk, heel veel borden en het huis had dankzij de airco een aangename temperatuur. De gastheer beantwoordde meteen onze vragen en loste aangegeven problemen op.
Er was geen magnetron, te weinig vaatwastabletten, netflix was niet mogelijk, de kast in een van de kamers viel bijna uit elkaar, het keukengerei mocht aangevuld worden met theedoeken en scheplepels en de dekbedden waren toen ik de hoeslakens verwijderde best vies. De toiletbril zat los. De vloer kraakte op sommige punten behoorlijk. Een van de slaapkamers had glas in de deur. Dit beperkte de privacy van degene die in die kamer sliep. De strijkplank was stuk.
The view
The hot water boiler is in one of the rooms- seems that world war three is starting because of the noise. The apartment is at the 5th floor with no lift, 100 stairs every day. There is inly one air con in the leaving room, bedrooms are roasting. The noise from the street can be quite annoying. As well the noise of seagulls starring 4 am in the morning is very disturbing. The bathrooms are less than basic. No car park. Very bad roads and extremely crowded.
The view is amazing.
There was not enough paper tissue or coffee capsules and the fan was broken when we arrived. We mentioned this and the issues were solved right away. Very responsive and very quickly. We appreciated this.
There are 98 steps, 5 floors , get to the apartment . There is a lift but non residents cannot use it. This is not mentioned in the description. When I asked before arriving , the answer was. I quote : “Unfortunately, there is no lift in the apartment. There is but it is out of service. Permanently”. When I got to the apartment and saw that the lift was working. The answer was and I quote:”The elevator is for building residents only , we do not have access to it.”. So I again, complain that this should be mentioned. The answer I got was:”We do not state that there is an elevator in the building or that it is available for use.
There is no information about this, which means it is not available.” I found this completely unprofessional.
If you are a person with mobility issues or have big suitcases, you are in trouble in this apartment.
The balcony was really dirty.
The property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
The beds were not very comfortable and the location was a bit of a walk from the T1 line (12 min walk). Very close to Galata Tower, but far from other main attraction areas. If closer to the metro would have made for a faster commute to Hagia Sophia, Dolmabahce Palace and other areas (15mins vs 30mins).
Very good location. The apartment has a good vibe of historic buildings and it was spacious.
Access to the building was easy.
The wood floors are very noisy. The bathrooms are very small and basic with no fan. The furniture are old and needs repairs or replacement. Need more table chair for bigger group. No toaster. Not enough detergent pills for dishwasher and washing machine. Tv was old and incompatible with streaming service.

No one there to explain and hard to find exact location and taxi is not reaching till apartments gate have to walk for 5 mins like that with language quite difficult
The staff response to our questions and concerns.
The fact that we had had booked two apartments in the same building but one was not available ("plumbing issue") so we had to have half our group in another building.
