Velmi laskavý, vstřícný a pohostinný personál. Vždy k dispozici.

Příjemná lokalita s mnoha možnostmi procházek do okolí. Snadno dosažitelná místa pro nákupy.
Nevíme, co by se dalo zlepšit. Měli jsme k dispozici vše potřebné, nic nám nechybělo.

Kein TV im Zimmer. Auch im Gemeinschaftsraum darf er nicht benutzt werden.
Es steht kein Geschirr zur Verfügung, nur Besteck. Ich habe aber auch nicht danach gefragt.
Man darf nicht im Zimmer essen.

Waschmaschine und Trockner erst ab 7 Nächten frei zu benutzen, was wir erst NACH der Buchung erfahren haben. Wir hatten aber auch deshalb diese Unterkunft gebucht.
Es geht m.E. nicht, Kunden zu bitten 10 Punkte zu vergeben oder sonst keine Bewertung zu schreiben.
Es war eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre
Emily, our hostess, was so friendly and super helpful. The whole house was modern and spotlessly clean. And since Emily has a green thumb, the garden was in full bloom too. We stayed for one night but whenever we go back I am going to book with Serenity Suite again.
It met our every need so I have nothing to complain about.
The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and the host was very kind although didn’t speak much English.
The name suggests there is a hot tub however this was not the case. There was a bathtub in the bathroom that was called a hot tub. The price was a little high for a bedroom only and did not include breakfast. There was a used old toilet on the front lawn that was not very attractive. The information about the room indicated various teas and coffees however they did not have decaf coffee. No TV in the bedroom. The bath towels were like sandpaper.

The separate bath and shower
Only issue I have is that you should advertise is as a unit instead of single bedroom unit, not a suite.
A suite would be it's own are sectioned off in the house own separate entrances with a bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Would not be connected or open to rest of the house. If I had known it was a single unit I would not have paid as much as i did.
10 - In a quiet neighborhood close to the city, I found the location met my requirements for visit to the lower mainland.
10 - I don't have any complaints ts concerning this location and found it to be better then expected.

It would be nice if there was a TV in the bedroom.
We had a spacious room with en suite bathroom. Everything was immaculate and our host very accommodating.
