Rude. Not welcoming. Manipulative with trying to change price on arrival. No thanks. Canceled my reservation on the spot and went elsewhere.

I booked this property for two nights for four members of my family ,I informed the hotel staff that I am on the way, and maybe I will be late to reach the property at that time she says that no problem we will manage and when I reached Mussoorie I call the same for the location the very smart and very talented person told me that this is sold by our ends and we manage to you another hotel,when I told that this is not fare the very talented person teach me that why you booked the property by Booking. com this is very bogas company if you want to stay you have to go another property after that I stay in a home stay. I will complain on the upper label because this type of activity is not good for anyone .

Waste of money
Pros:

The hotel staff was not at all providing anything no towels no cutlery nothing. There was a power cut and there was no backup. We had to call them again and again for basics. I would suggest paying a little extra and booking a good hotel.
