Property Description

Important property notes:
MEALS
•Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am at The Three Brothers Restaurant, and can be buffet style or served at the table, depending on occupancy;
•Lunch on a boarding basis is served from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm in the Snack-Bar and you can choose 1 starter, 1 light meal and 1 dessert from the snack menu. It can be served in the Restaurant if weather conditions so justify.
•Dinner is served from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm at The Three Brothers Restaurant, with up to 30 people in the Restaurant, dinner will be served as a Set Menu (for booking with pensions) or à la carte. For more than 30 people, dinner will be served as a buffet (for reservations with guest houses) or à la carte.
•Half-board and full-board options do not include drinks.
•During low season, Snacks and Bar services are provided by the Restaurant.
•Please note that the property does not offer special menus for vegan and vegetarian guests.
•Children up to 3 years old enjoy free meals booked by adults. Children aged 4 to 12 pay 50% of the adult meal plan rate.
SERVICES
•The minimarket operates from April to October.
•Courtesy Transport runs from April to October, twice a day, every day of the week, except Sundays and holidays, to Praia da Rocha and the city center.
•Daytime and/or nighttime entertainment is only available during high season.
•The gym is available by appointment.
ACCOMMODATION
•During the stay, the unit is cleaned daily, towels are changed every 2 days and sheets are changed every 3 days. Kitchen tidying and cleaning is not included in the daily apartment cleaning service. Does not include dishwashing, detergents and sponge.
•Please note that the type of bed provided may vary depending on availability.
•This property does not allow stag and hen parties and similar parties.
RESERVATIONS
•All reservations not charged in advance will be charged at check-in.
•Reservations of 5 or more rooms may incur different conditions and additional costs.
•The credit/debit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in along with a photo ID and must match the name of the guest who will be staying at the property.
•Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
