Important information:

Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Cleaning is provided every 2 days. Daily cleaning is available at an extra fee.

Please note that check-in and check-out take place at Troia Welcome Center (GPS coordinates: 38.4929456, -8.9021482,17) which is open from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm, you will need to go to Editory By The Sea Troia Hotel (GPS coordinates: 38º 29' 26 N, 8º 54' 02 W).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in.

Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted.

The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserves the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.

Please note that the hotel does not accept third party bookings paid by credit card.

Pros:

Apartamento em frente à Marina, com todas as comodidades, perfeito para uns dias de descanso.
Tudo limpo. Os funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Ar condicionado super potente para os dias frios que estavam.

Cons:

Cama merecia ser mais confortável. A abertura da porta do condomínio não é intuitiva.

En la reserva no se especificaba que las llaves y código se recogían en un hotel a 200 metros, hubo que imaginárselo y preguntar por la calle, después el código no nos fue bien explicado y tuvimos complicaciones para entrar en el apartamento

Adorámos a localização e as instalações! Apartamento espaçoso e ideal para uma escapadinha romântica!

Cons:

A forma para fazer o check in não estava bem explícita. Estivemos perdidos e depois o número facultado não atendia, o que nos assustou. Tendo em consideração que chegámos de noite ficámos um pouco apreensivos. Conseguimos encontrar o local certo, mas muito mais tarde do que o suposto

Pas d’indication claire de l’accès à la Reception en voiture, très difficile à trouver. Il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder à l’appartement. A ne pas recommander pour un séjour d’une ou deux nuits, plus approprié pour de longs séjours. En plus en janvier tout est fermé à Troya.
