Localização excelente, estacionamento gratuito e no local. Apartamento bem equipado no geral.

Cons:

O tempo não estava o mais fantástico e isso impactou com a temperatura da casa. Não percebi ou não estava a funcionar corretamente a climatização.
Talvez umas instruções ajudassem.
O sistema de ventilação/exaustão central no fogão e WC é um pouco incomodativo nas horas em que está ligado.
Para duas noites e duas pessoas os consumíveis de WC foram curtos. Um detergente lava-loiça também faria falta e não seria isso que prejudicaria a margem de lucro da estadia.

Uma joia no meio do paraíso

Da vista, localização e o apto era muito completo com todos utensílios para cozinhar e refeições. A acústica era excelente nosso apto era no primeiro andar bem de frente aos restaurantes e ainda assim não ouvimos barulhos. Não gostei de fazer o check-in longe do apto e depois ter dificuldades para encontrar o apto.

Cons:

Acho que a limpeza deveria ser melhor, tinga teia de aranha na varanda.

Prachtig uitzicht op de marine

De ligging, uitzicht op de marine en vlakbij strand.

Cons:

De keuken, is zeer beperkt. elektrisch fornuis met 2 kleine pitten en weinig pannen. Niet voldoende om iets deftigs te kunnen maken.

Wir hätten gerne 10 Punkte vergeben, aber es war verbesserungswürdig. Uns hat gefallen: Tiefgarage mit 2 Parkplätzen, Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Lagune mit Setubal, 2 Balkons und 2 Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen,

Cons:

zu kleine Pfanne, nur sehr grosse Töpfe, kein Toaster, Lärm und Laute Musik aus den darunter liegenden Restaurants, Baggerarbeiten im Hafen vor 8 Uhr morgens, Bewegungsmelder in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage tagsüber immer offen, keine Kommunikation mit Vermieter nach Bezug der Wohnung
