Pros:

The comfy bed and pillows

Cons:

I went on a power outage with my kids for relief
A two night stay cost me $536.00
I assumed it would be family friendly and not ratchet
Well both nights all I heard along with my kids was women moaning so loudly having sex that the volume on the tv was not loud enough to mask it 🫪
The complimentary breakfast was not good at alllllll
Barely any options and was very subpar
For what they charge
I expected more

Exceptional Hotel

Great location for Bronx Zoo & botanic gardens
Pros:

Breakfast was good, appreciate that there was a laundromat walking distance from the hotel and there was free parking behind it. Nice large fitness center. Easy bus ride to Bronx Zoo and New York Botanic Gardens.

Cons:

I had to go to the front desk with wet hair seeking a hairdryer. There was also no shampoo in the shower container. The front desk staff didn't have tourist information.

Great pillows on the bed. Comfortable bed even though room was small . Near 2 subway stations.

Cons:

Breakfast not great - very simple. Location is not great to walk after dark from the subway
