On arrival the front desk was empty and we had to wait outside for an extended period of time in the rain with all our luggage. Some of the front desk clerks need to work on their customer service. I booked two rooms: one for us, one for my friends who couldn’t get their visa working to book the hotel but I was reassured over the phone that they could just reimburse me for the deposit and take the entire fee off of my friend’s payment method when we arrived. When my ESL friend was trying to speak to the front desk clerk, they were pretty combative and told him he needs to speak English, despite.. speaking English. We were also told we weren’t allowed to talk in our rooms. It would have been different had they said please be mindful of other guests (which obviously we were) and keep the volume down... but no, we were flat out told we weren’t allowed to talk on our rooms; as if they were doing us a favour and letting us stay at their hotel.
I was double charged for my room and it took all weekend for them to figure out where the charge came from, which took away from my “fun money” for the weekend and so was unable to do everything I had planned. They summed it up by blaming me and saying that it was my fault because my card was declined on booking.com (I transferred in some funds and re-submit instantly and all was good) so they went ahead and charged my card on without confirming whether or not I had paid. All in all, never again. I would rather sleep in my car than book here again.
Didn't eat breakfast
Parking could have been better. The lobby was a little questionable, with various people hanging around that made it feel less welcoming. The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no iron available in the room. The sink faucet also needed to be tightened. Customer service was okay, but overall, the property could use some improvements.

I went on a power outage with my kids for relief
A two night stay cost me $536.00
I assumed it would be family friendly and not ratchet
Well both nights all I heard along with my kids was women moaning so loudly having sex that the volume on the tv was not loud enough to mask it
The complimentary breakfast was not good at alllllll
Barely any options and was very subpar
For what they charge
I expected more
Everything was exallent no complaints at all I would recommend this hotel when staying in the bronx. I will be back
I loved the hotel
Location to the hospital.
Subway noise. It wasn't too bad though.
Breakfast good and location perfect
Nothing
I love everything about this hotel! The facilities, the breakfast, the staff, the location, it is all exceptional!
There isn't anything I didn't like.
Breakfast was good, appreciate that there was a laundromat walking distance from the hotel and there was free parking behind it. Nice large fitness center. Easy bus ride to Bronx Zoo and New York Botanic Gardens.
I had to go to the front desk with wet hair seeking a hairdryer. There was also no shampoo in the shower container. The front desk staff didn't have tourist information.
