Wir können die Unterkunft im Herzen der Bronx (sehr authentisch) wirklich emphehlen!

Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an Subway etc.

Cons:

Месторасположение небезопасное, персонал не особо заинтересован в работе. Поменяли 3 номера. В первом номере, как оказалось не закрывалась дверь… Во втором номере да и вообще в отеле сильно пахнет сигаретами и травой, хотя везде указано, что номера для не курящих. Вечером не было горячей воды. За окнами каждую минуту ездит метро, шум сильный. Завтрак более менее нормальный, но цена/качество данного отеля завышены. Ожидали другого от сети Best Western. Не советуем данный отель.

It was ok for a short stay.
Pros:

The location, it was closed from where I needed to be.

Cons:

It wasn’t as cleaned as I would have liked, plus the sink didn’t drain the first day, but it was fixed on our second day.

Highly recommend for couples looking for cheaper options for exploring.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Always smiling.
Breakfast was wonderful. MYO waffles, fruit, hot buffet, pastries all in a super clean cafe area on 6th floor. We stayed two nights and both brekky were great!

Bedroom is expected... just big enough for a king size bed. But nicely decorated and all we needed. It felt clean and fresh, if not painted and built to high spec.

Loved the soap brand. They havent skimped on nice shampoos, conditioners etc.

Housekeeping was excellent.

There is a super friendly deli next door... 20/20 they make fresh sandwiches open late.

Yes its South Bronx and I am from UK with my 14 yr old son, so not local and we felt fine if not slightly out of place. Just keep your wits about.

The number 2 subway runs from 2 mins away at Simpson St straight into downtown Manhattan. 30min trip. Easy!!

Cons:

Area is a bit ropey if you're notprepsred for the feel of the Bronx. Keep your head up, be friendly and noone looks twice at you!
