Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles absolut perfekt.Zimmer: Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet.Service: Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit.Verpflegung: Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine riesige Auswahl an frischen und regionalen Produkten.Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Organisation regarding room reservations could be improved
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, nicely located close to the thermen, ample parking.

Cons:

The room I booked was suddenly not available one day before, and I was put in a souterrain room without airconditioning which was hot in (admittedly peak) summer. If you use this platform, you have to take responsibility for your booking systems. Additional charges (3 EUR a person) are not clearly indicated beforehand, nor did I actually receive the guest card that I supposedly paid for. The wifi did not actually connect.

Tolles Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber.
Super Zimmer mit Balkon.

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit: Die Getränke in UG sollten gekühlt sein. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen im Sommer möchte man lieber ein kaltes Getränk zu sich nehmen. Da nützt auch der leere Kühlschrank im Zimmer nichts.

gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr freundlich
Pros:

Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein und köstlich, nettes Ambiente, um auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken.
Die Ankunft im Haus war gut vorbereitet.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Balkone sehr großzügig.
Der Checkout war sehr freundlich gestaltet, die Mitarbeiter ebenso.

Cons:

Mir fehlen Stores an den Fenstern, da man von draußen rein sieht.
Es gibt ein Getränkeangebot im Keller, hier wären ein paar gekühlte Getränke von Vorteil, wenn man frisch ankommt.
Die Aufteilung im Bad ist eher schwach, am WC hat man fast nicht Platz, da das WC so nah an der Wand und am Sprossenheizkörper angebracht ist, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, kostenlose Parkplätze, geräumige Zimmer, schönes Ambiente, leckeres Frühstück. Zentrale Lage zur Therme.

Cons:

Alles gut. Lediglich als Anregung. Ich würde in den Zimmern einen großen Spiegel und Fliegengitter empfehlen. Auf den Balkonen evtl eine Markise.
