This hotel is very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the air-con works well. Bed linen and bath towels are very clean. But the breakfast is terrible - looks like it caters to the Chinese guests. Very noisy when there are many guests from China.
Room has big space but the the light is too dull. Old but clean. Unpleasant neighborhood.
The hotel is good enough compared to other mid-price hotels in Cambodia. The Wifi is better than others in that range. There are few daytime restaurants within 200 meters of the hotel. But four open only at night. The hotel has the same breakfast every day, and a few foods for lunch and dinner. There are few shops near selling packaged foods and other neccessities.
The Rain Rock Hotel at Phnompenh. Room is cleaning, with balcony, big room.
Linen and towel set up in room good.
breakfast is so bad, not good. Coffee and tea do not set up ice.
Smell in restaurant very strong
Don’t miss this Hotel if you are visiting the great city. The hotel is amazing & Staff is extremely good. All the best to the hotel and people visiting. A clean and nice place to stay in the city. Good experience
The hotel is dusty! Breakfast sucks! It's very noisy because 99% are Chinese from mainland.
滞在中に現金が必要になり、英語が全く通じなかったが、クレジットカードで現金を引き出せる場所を教えてくれました。
Chiinese Guest are Noisy!!!! They bang their doors all the time and they talk at the corridor with shouting tone consistently.
Hôtel calme bon rapport qualité prix personnel sympathique et arrangeant si départ tardif
A good place to stay. Not much expensive. Breakfast is ok, but you get good enough compared to what you spend. Cleanliness is extremely good. Recommended if you happen to visit cambodia. But the place is away from river side where tourist stay actually.
Comfort and clean bed and bed sheet. But Toilet smell a bit fishy. Overal, it is good.
Spent two nights. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Some confuse on free airport transfer but it was worked out. Price included breakfast. First morning breakfast absolutely disgusting. What was remaining was exposed, not covered in any manner. Everything including coffee was cold. Very limted selection. No, explanations or any concern from dining staff. Second day, I did not even waste my time to check. Apparently tour bus books this hotel on regular basis or maybe just my luck. About 5 rooms per floor and the tour bus guest had no common courtesy. They shouted, played music , stomped around from room to room with all rooms open. My observations are unless your Chinese touring you might find this hotel disapponting. The rooms are nice though.
My wife and I spend just one night at this hotel as part of a tour of Siem Reap and Phnom Penh with Vietravel.com This is a very clean and nice boutique size hotel. Breakfast is included. I would definitely return to this hotel.
This hotel has a fabulous Cambodian mural leading up to reception reminiscent of some of the decor found at the Angkor Wat temple. I found the receptionists' English to be slightly lacking and it took a few goes sometimes to ask them a question before they understood.
The room itself was basic but very clean. For a 3* hotel, the facilities were good and I liked that slippers and toothbrushes were provided. WIFI speed was alright but sometimes in the evenings could suddenly go off and come back an hour or two later. There's a spa and massage centre located a few minutes walk away from the hotel if you fancy unwinding after a long day exploring Phnom Penh.
Some mainland Chinese tourists were a bit noisy during the night in the corridors, which was a bit annoying for sleep but that's not the hotel's fault (I guess my advice would be to bring some earplugs to combat potential noisy neighbours). Breakfast is limited especially the fruit section (I only got hold of two pieces of dragonfruit the first morning I was there and no fruit was available during my second morning) so I recommend you get to the breakfast room located on Level 8 as early as possible. A decent hotel for the price though! :)
Hotel is 20 mins walk from the centre. It is very clean hotel with very large rooms. Bathroom is small but clean. Breakfast is very poor for my taste. I ate better. Staff is good. Wi fi is very low when you are on 5th floor.
the hotel is great...the problem is that it is very far from where things are. i didnt even bother to negotiate with tuk tuk drivers because i felt bad for how far they had to take me..and i only saved 10 bucks a night over a place on the river
The service was very good and helpful always. The rooms were unexpectedly clean and well fit with all the amenities one needs while travelling. It is definitely a great value and a place I will return to..
an excellent place to stay. wonderful.
fits my OCD criteria.
the recep lady is very helpful.... how? she recommended me place of halal restaurant. and even direct the tuk tuk rider. it was a mistake not knowing her name.. but I WILL STILL COME BACK HERE
