It was a very good experience, staff are friendly. Room is very clean,Location is good

Ben kabe için geldim ve konumu yakın olduğu için çok mennun kaldım.
Tek üzüldüğüm booking üzerinden iki ayrı rezervasyon yaptırdım, hotele gece giriş yaptık sistemde yeriniz görünmüyo denildi.
Çok böle içtenlikle karşılanmadık maili gösterince hımmm evet giril yapabilirsiniz denildi.
Sanki müşteri ben değilim gibi hissettirdi üzücüydü.
Diğeri 1 gün erken çıkmak zorunda kaldık ödemiş olduğum o güne karşılık bi ikramdada bulunulmadı.
Geri kalanlar hizmetlerinde eksik görmedim gayet başarılıydılar.

Ravha umre kabe için tercih edilebilcek bir hotel.
Golf arabaları ve hizmet veren arkadaşlarada teşekkür ederim.
Nezaman kabe dönüşünde köşeden arasam hemen gelip gplf arabası ile hotele taşıdalar.
Hizmetleri çookk başarılı.
Tekrar gştmek nasip olursa tekrar Rawha yı tercih ederim.
