Die schlimmste Erfahrung meiner Reise
Pros:

Ich bin seit etwa 1,5 Jahren auf einer Weltreise unterwegs und habe im Laufe der Monate eine Vielzahl von Hotels kennen gelernt, hauptsächlich im mittleren Preissegment.

Von allen war dieses, das Sky Lux Hotel in Nur-Sultan das absolut schlechteste, vor allem aber das unsympathischste. Das erste, was man mir sagte als ich dort vormittags ankam war, dass ich für das vorzeitiges Einchecken zu bezahlen hätte. Als ich sagte, dass ich das Zimmer überhaupt nicht in Anspruch nehmen wollte, sondern nur mein Gepäck abstellen wollte, war die Antwort, dass das nicht gänge, d.h. dann müsse ich auch einchecken. Nach längerem Theater hat das dann doch funktioniert.

Des weiteren hat das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl, aber auch keine Hilfe, die einem beim Gepäck behilflich sein konnte. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war vernachlässigbar. Getränke zu anderer wurden zu sehr überhöhten Preisen verkauft. Der Gipfel waren aber die Kosten für das Waschen eines Beutels Wäsche in Höhe von umgerechnet etwa € 25,- , was sonst in vergleichbaren Ländern höchstens etwa die Hälfte gekostet hat.

Übrigens: Ich war der einzige Gast in dem Hotel.

Mein Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.

Отдых складывается из таких мелочей тоже!
Pros:

Остановились на одни сутки.Очень довольны что выбрали именно этот отель.Расположение отличное близко к центру ,персонал вежлив и приветлив.Номер просторный,чистый и САМОЕ главное без посторонних ЗАПАХОВ!!!!!!! Постельное белье чистое,без запаха.Кровати удобные,не скрипят))).Номер теплый.Завтрак вкусный и в удобное для нас время.Цена за номер ЛЮКС просто ОТЛИЧНАЯ!!!!!!!!!!!Рекомендую!!!!!!!!
