Large room
Very thin walls means you can hear your neighbours getting bummed all night.
Unclean room with sheets stained from the previous resident being bummed all night.
Also shower burnt me quite bad which was great fun.
To much noise
good location, owner is responsive, great to have a fridge in the room and smart TV

I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. The owner instructed us to pick up a green key, which we did. The following day, the owner aggressively accused us of taking a yellow key, which we had not done, and claimed that we had slept in the wrong room. The owner's instructions were unclear, and now he is blaming us for the confusion. He is demanding that we pay €200. This is a disgrace and a scandal on the part of both the owner and the accommodation. I strongly advise against staying here.
Once inside the room which had been a considerable challenge the room was clean and pleasent, the bed was comfy. Bathroom although seperate is right outside the door on the left so no problem with that. Also nice and clean with everything you'd need.
Entry via the key safe difficult at night to access keys to the building for me as a 75 year old with not great eyesight. the numbers very small and the keysafe is near the floor necessitating me having to almost lie on the groud and great difficulty entering the code.
Location was OK, close to the metro, bus and train. Bed was big and comfy. There was a TV, fridge and I appreciated coffee and tea, in the kitchen you can cook yourself meals. Bathroom had toiletries.
Windows were out to the train so it was very noisy during the night. Bathroom was mouldy and the tap on the shower was not working well. The cleaner left my door not locked and someone did not lock the apartment/left the main door open during night. I did not feel very safe. Light did not wok in the elevator.
The host provided clear instructions, good communication, fast response .
The apartment located in a good location with easy access to train station and tube.
Very close to supermarkets like Aldi and Sainsbury and some restaurants
About 30 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath which is great for hiking

Handy for tube and overground rail. Budget price
Undesirables hang around the rear. Noise from constant trains. Tumble dryer outside door was going most of my arrival day which was already hot made it uncomfortable.
Easy to access the tube by 8 minutes of walk.
