Pros:

Room ok. Service ok.

Cons:

There are many Chinese workers on ground floor room. They often occupied the public area. Not close their room. Noisy.
One of the guy mentioned that he is malaysian, often dringking alcohol and disturbing my wife and daughter when they were having meals at public area. I intended to call the police for this offence but stop.

Essentially an up-market backpacker accommodation.
Pros:

Friendly staff and check in procedure. Location suited us for this trip. The accommodation itself was quiet and relaxed.

Cons:

Size of room is deceptive in pictures. Bathroom was ok, but not up to expectations for pricing and again the photos were a bit tricky in their delivery. Zero sound proofing for dogs barking and Idiots flying around on their motorbikes through the night.

Cons:

Had informed hotel will come by car & 1 of family member is with wheelchair, carpark not have... place is not suitable with wheelchair. front door is with step, ask us go from back door, back door no light provided, very dark, this cause feel down from the wheelchair. hotel is close by 10pm, after 10pm can't ask them to open back door, if not will need extra service charges.

It was a nice stay for someone traveling alone. I would even recommend it for group travelers!
Pros:

The location was in a nice neighborhood- not too crowded and is very near the bus stop and convenience stores, too! The staff was very helpful when you needed help transferring rooms.

Cleanliness and comfort
Pros:

I really liked the room – it was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to public transport and many restaurants nearby. It would be great to have more hangers in the wardrobe. Overall, I had a comfortable and convenient stay at K2 Guesthouse and would recommend it to others.

Clean , cozy and value
Pros:

The location was convenient with easy access to bus stop and MRT, there was a 24hr mini opposite of guesthouse. The bed was comfy and facilities were well maintained The staff were patient and helpful. Will definitely stay here again !!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Ok for quick stay in convenient location for what we needed.

Cons:

Room was much smaller than photos and the carpet in the hallways is years overdue for replacement - very stained & awful.

Pros:

Bunk bed room is spacious, but there might only be double bed room available.
Chinese restaurant nearby has great value, conveniece store and indian restaurant nearby are also not bad.
You can use the fridge upon request, but there isn't much space available.
Coffee is provided.
Dining area, microwave available.
Shared bathroom has no problem.

Cons:

Dryer has some strange odor, not advised to use it.
Cannot hang your clothes out-door.
Double bed room is kind of small.
