Pros:

Хорошее расположение, дружелюбный персонал, светлый просторный номер с большим балконом

Cons:

Немного грязновато и очень сильно дуло от окна (в нём есть щель). Устраните пожалуйста.

Cons:

Это самый ужасный отель, в котором мы жили. Когда пришли были в шоке: вход через кафе( алкобар), мимо туалетов на второй этаж.. Не могу понять откуда хорошие отзывы на букинге. Номер типа люкс с грязным ковровым покрытием. Отель находится на шумной алко-улице. И вечером началось веселье в кафе: купили все в номер стоял ужасный запах сигарет. Музыка 'долбила" до утра. Никому не рекомендую этот отель. Виды из окна удручают.

The property is located in a very noisy area, and the lack of a private, dedicated entrance for the hotel causes significant discomfort. Additionally, the person who introduced himself as the Reception Manager spoke in an arrogant and unprofessional manner, which was unpleasant. Sound insulation in the rooms is almost non-existent. The level of cleanliness could also be improved.

BLIJF HIER WEG!!! Anders dan in de omschrijving ligt het in een drukke straat en is de geluidsisolatie nihil/ niet bestaand. Vloerbedekking vol met vlekken. Op de eerste avond geconstateerd dat het bed kapot was. Personeel maakt beloftes het te maken maar doet niks. Halve Lattenbodem was weg dus matras zakte gewoon naar beneden. Je moet via een drukke kroeg eronder naar binnen, door het café en dan achterdeur een trap op naar het "hotel". Mooie foto's bij het boeken, maar niet conform de realiteit.

Cons:

Terrible! The 5 star reviews are not real and I fell for it. The bar area can be heard with full blast music until 5am, with smoke entering in the rooms.

We got no sleep at all and the staff didn’t even try to help.

Smoky rooms — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Someone had smoked in the room before my stay — I found ash on the carpet near the trash bin. The room had a terrible smell of cigarettes, which made it impossible to sleep. Since the room has no window, there’s no way to get rid of the smell. I reported this to the reception, but nothing was done. I’m glad I stayed there for only two nights. I’m now very sick with bronchitis, and I believe staying at this hotel was the decisive factor. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Comodo per.gli spostamenti, pulito, luminoso.
Affacciato su una strada molto vivace e rumorosa di notte (ma era la notte.di Halloween), e comunque ci avevano avvisato. Abbiamo comunque dormito tranquillamente.

Perfectly calm after a busy day
Pros:

The room felt like a quiet break from the crowded city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we appreciated the cleanliness. Everything was simple and easy to use. It had just the right amount of warmth and light. Staff were professional and on time.

Only location is exceptional

Cons:

Facilities are getting older. Smoking smell is everywhere in the room. First floor pub area and it is disgusting when you are passing through pub area in order to reach your hotel room. Plus, noise comes from neighbor rooms

All the 10s need to be investigated and I will do my best to contact booking. com This hotel is no way 3 star and it it is beyond disappointment. My tip; read the low score reviews and skip the stellar 10s. You will get the true picture.
You can barely find a way to get past the first set of steps as the place is full of stuff left there.
