Cons:

Je découvre après avoir confirmé la réservation (non annulable) que 20h30 est considérée comme une « arrivée tardive  »! Et qu’on va me facturer 20€ supplémentaires ! Pas le choix si je veux accéder à ma chambre. On m’envoie un lien pour faire le paiement et, une fois que c’est fait, on m’explique que je vais récupérer la clef dans une boîte à clefs !Méthodes malhonnêtes. Je n’aime pas être prise pour une idiote.
Par ailleurs chambre bruyante et bien moins clean et belle que sur les photos

Pros:

Hôtel propre, calme et bien équipé.
Autonomie d’entree et de sortie.
Literie confortable, climatisation très appréciée.
Très sympa avec les tableaux et les éléments d’art dans l’entrée et les couloirs.
Présence d’un petit frigo dans la chambre.

Pros:

Entrando in camera si è sentito un profumo da pulito buonissimo, le camere sono davvero molto accoglienti e la nostra era anche molto spaziosa

Cons:

Unica nota, se vogliamo chiamarla negativa, è che le camere non sono insonorizzate, per chi, come me, fatica ad addormentarsi consiglio magari dei tappi per le orecchie

Pros:

La ubicación está súper, es cómoda la habitación, en la ducha salí muy poca agua, nosotros llegamos temprano al hotel a las 10:45 am, no esperábamos que nos dieran la habitación, pero queríamos dejar las maletas por lo menos, porque teníamos que hacer algunas diligencias, la persona que estaba ( mujer) allí, al parecer se molestó por nuestra llegada a esa hora, y nos dijo que el check-in es de 14-19 horas y si queríamos dejar maletas que tenía un costo adicional 😬, por dentro se escucha todo

Mal y nos sentimos estafados

Nos cobraron 30 euros por llegar en la noche y las llaves las dejan en un buzón, entonces no entiendo porque cobran 30 euros, además hasta que no pague los 30 euros y los impuestos no nos dieron las claves para el chekin! Por otro lado pagamos por 4 habitaciones y les dijimos que podíamos acomodarnos en tres y que si nos hacían una devolución y dijeron que no la hacían pero
Vendieron la habitación sin preguntarnos y no nos devolvieron nada!!!
