Small and a little overpriced, but adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Location near to city also good. AC in the room.

Cons:

Very basic shared bathroom and VERY minimal cooking facilities, All shared amongst several room. Overall OK for a bed sit room, but needs more common facilities.

We had a great stay, we enjoyed our night there. The staff are helpful and accommodating as well.
Pros:

We like the room that we occupied, it was clean and cozy. The kitchen and tables on the veranda was cool and very accessible.

Cons:

The common CR door lock was not working during our stay. Our friend was locked inside the CR for 5 mins, good thing the owner tried to fix it right away.
