A disappointing stay
Pros:

Reception staff were very nice. Location was ok.

Cons:

Extensive list. Bed was hard, no microwave ,no toilet roll holder, soap holder, floor mat ( water from shower went everywhere) hand towel, tea towel, teaspoon . Glasses were dirty. Balcony but no furniture. No tea, coffee or water just a kettle. Place needed a good clean!! Reading the reviews I feel I was staying at a different hotel!!!

Cons:

The hotel was nothing like the reviews, it had a weird cable sticking out one of the walls, it seemed it had not sound insulation and most of all, the receptionist was super passive. We arrived at 12h ( check-in was at 14h) and the receptionist didn't even tell us we could leave the luggage with them, didn't give us te recommendations, didn't care at all. She was just like "come back at 14h". The worst customer service we received in Vietnam

Cons:

Khách sạn đã xác nhận đặt phòng trên booking nhưng khi gọi đến thì báo phòng đã bán từ hôm qua và ko cập nhật kịp. Phòng bị huỷ ks ko chủ động gọi mình mà mình phải gọi mới biết
