Lovely, comfortable and convenient location for our needs.
Pros:

The snug stay was perfect for our needs. It was extremely comfortable and very clean. The property was in a convenient location for our planed event.
There was everything required in one room.
Access to the room is through the owners property; however don’t be put off by this as the host was extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

If you don’t mind cold shower and lack of accountability, this would be an ideal place

I was told I would get partially refunded because there was no hot water. When I reported it, I had to chase multiple times and when they said they would get back to me they never did

Don't bother

Cons:

No hot water in shower had to take a cold shower
The room downstairs smelt so bad
Had to ask for wi fi code, if we could do some washing,there was nobody about for most of the stay when there was had to text them in the house for information
Nobody seems to be interested in us staying there no hospitality!

Needs a bit of work, but reasonable
Pros:

The room was clean and the ensuite was good. Helpful having a desk and chair, socket extensions as well. WiFi was good. Supplied a key for the door as I said I might be back late.

Plenty of coffee etc supplied and the bottled water was appreciated. Quiet area, so there was no traffic noise or street noise. For what I needed, it just about fit. Was clean and a nice house.

Cons:

Not too easy to find, it's in a residential area, so there isn't much in the way of local pubs or anything about. The room is small, no TV.
Radiators need bleeding as they didn't work properly and both were cold (warm at the bottom only) and very noisy until I had to shut it off to sleep. Not sure if the toothpaste tube was a spare or it had been left?

Listed as supplying breakfast, but nothing was offered or available, didn't see anyone about when checking out. I appreciate it's a house and it isn't easy to monitor, but it shouldn't be on there if not available.

As a single traveller, this was frustrating, but if it had been the two of us, I could see this being a bigger problem.

Very friendly and helpful host and family
Pros:

The Snug was easy to find and not far to walk to village amenities. Although we arrived earlier than expected the room was ready and Tino was there to welcome us
