Schönes unvergessliches Design
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern & das Design war mega. Sehr schöne Einrichtung!

Cons:

*Die Zimmer sind etwas ringhörig und man konnte Gespräche des Nebenzimmers mithören
* Es hat sehr nach Küche geschmeckt, als wir ankamen sowie auch am Morgen früh
( wir haben dies auch an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, sie waren sehr freundlich und uns wurde angeboten das wir bei Ihnen ein Frühstück bekommen für die Umstände)

Zermatt increíble, Organización de este alojamiento a mjeorar

La ubicación y deco habitación

Cons:

La hora del check in no fue respetada. Llegamos y la hab estaba llena de sabanas sucias por el suelo y sin hacer y la chica intentando hacer dos habs a la vsz, de hecho la otra pareja se largo. Nosotros tuvimos que esperar una hora en la calle con las cosas hasta pasadas las 16h y no recibimos ni una disculpa ni un gesto comercial

Pros:

Freshly renovated, convenient location and oh god the bedding was the best I ever slept on. Everything was thought through down to the smallest detail. From the robes and slippers to the high-quality toiletries, extra toilet paper, tissues, coffee, and tea. I deeply appreciate when hosts pay attention to these little things; it truly made my stay comfortable and special.

Wir kommen definitiv irgendwann noch einmal vorbei! Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, tolles Personal. Das Bett war unnormal bequem und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung und ein super Balkon. Definitiv ein toller Ort zum runterkommen.

Cons:

Das Schloss zum Eingang hat nicht reagiert, doch die Hilfe kam sehr schnell!
Die Räume sind, wie in anderen Bewertungen, schon hellhörig.

Kurzer Stop Matterhorn
Pros:

Kreatives Design, nespresso auf dem Zimmer, komfortables Bett. Tolles Beleuchtungskonzept, mega Lage. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Cons:

Aussicht nicht so toll. Man muss klar haben, dass man nicht das tolle Chalet in Top Lage auf dem Bild bekommt, sondern die erste Etage mit Balkon. Das könnte im Angebot noch deutlicher gemacht werden.

Pros:

I loved the comfortable bed, coffee machine. Own balcony.

Cons:

Checkin at 1500 but that is the standard with hotels all over the world. So it’s not their fault. The email you get with directions how to get to your room was a little confusing.

Did not meet expectations

It was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay for a couple of key reasons:
1. The room had a very strong smell of smoke, despite being listed as non-smoking. It was unpleasant and made it hard to feel comfortable or relaxed in the space.
2. I booked this property specifically because it advertised WiFi, which I needed during my stay. However, no password was provided in the confirmation email or in the room itself. I reached out to the booking agency via both message and phone—initially I was sent an incorrect password, and after that, there was no response until nearly 12 hours later, just as I was checking out. This lack of communication and access to a basic amenity was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
