There is no hot water for showers or anyhting, toilets are broken. Lots of bugs and no refunds

Unacceptable as 4 star hotel, fake pictures, fake description

People are nice.

Cons:

Description of booking is completely fake.
You can see Oyo on pictures, that's I guess when hotel was OK.
Now it's unacceptable. It worst than 2 star hotel.
Dirty toilet, dust, dirty sheets, infestation with ants and cockroaches.
No hot water at all, at any room.
No soap or shampoo.
But hey, I'll give you toothbrush and one towel for 2 people.
Next day after leaving got itchy back.

Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Really can't fault this place at all for the price. You are getting a lot of meat for your money.

Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Room was spacious with outside view. Toilet and shower were clean.

Special mention to the cook in the restaurant: he will cook anything you want at an incredibly affordable price. Brilliant person for help and advice, too.

Everything is nearby, including an IndoMaret with an ATM right opposite.

Cons:

A plug socket next to the bed would have been nice.

There are a million potholes straight to the sewers in Pekanbaru, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Value for money, good staff, but do not expect luxury.
Pros:

Location is good. There is a Indomart in fromt of it. Lot of eating and good coffee shops at walking distance. The hotel has a big parking area with large lobby + resturant.

Cons:

Rooms need renovation.
