Nous, nets i macos, però el barri no és el millor.
Pros:

Els apartaments es perceben molt nous, tenen un bon disseny i estan molt nets. Son correctes en amplitud i estan a 10 minuts caminant tot recte, de la ciutat de les arts, centres comercials, el parc de Túria, etc. El que vol dir que està força ben situat. A més, tenen supermercats molt a prop.

L'entrada és amb codi, el que és molt còmode perquè així no has de portar una clau a sobre.

Te recepció i el el personal es amable.

Cons:

El llit supletori (un sofà), és molt incòmode i l'apartament està poc equipat, està bé en electrodomèstics, però els estris de cuina i bany son justos. Les tovalloles feien pudor i no les vam poder fer servir.

Tots els apartaments són a la planta baixa, el que vol dir que no tindràs vistes i depèn on et toqui, directament et veu la gent que passa caminant pel carrer. Millor demana els apartaments que donen al pati interior.

Tot i que està proper al centre, el carrer i el barri on es troba es lleig, vell i brut. El barri fa pudor de pixats, hi ha brossa al les voreres i veus algunes persones drogades a plè dia. Has de caminar 5 minuts direcció al centre per creuar la "frontera" i a partir d'allà tot millora.

Es difícil aparcar a prop dels apartaments.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dla osób chcących spędzić urlop na plaży (dojazd i powrót jednym autobusem), jak i chcących zwiedzać miasto. W pobliżu obiektu znajdują się małe lokalne bary, sklepy spożywcze a także stacja paliw, apteka. Obiekt położony w bocznej ulicy - gdzie nie słychać "życia miasta" czyli np. hałasu aut i motocykli w nocy. Apartament i kuchnia w pełni wyposażone: Kuchenka, Lodówka, TV, Pralka, Expres do kawy, Czajnik, Toster, Kuchenka mikrofalowa, bardzo dobra suszarka do włosów. Byliśmy bardzo miło zaskoczeni super wyposażeniem apartamentu. Myślę, że planując następny wyjazd do Walencji będziemy brali ten obiekt w pierwszej kolejności pod uwagę. Polecamy!!!

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, clean, and well organized. It had everything that was listed in the description, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The check-in process was easy, and communication with the host was smooth throughout our stay. The reception staff were also incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything, whether it was a clothes drying rack or laundry detergent.

The location was excellent, with plenty of public transportation options nearby. It was easy to get to both the beach and the city center.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.
