Paradiesische Unterkunft auf einer paradiesischen Insel
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr wohlschmeckend. Riesiger Garten mit vielen blühenden Bäumen, Blumen und Pflanzen. Ein toller Ort zum Erholen.

Pros:

Buena ubicación pues está a minutos de las playas, personal amable, desayuno contundente, si hay algún problema se preocupan de dar soluciones.

Cons:

La cama no era una cama de dos plazas, eran dos camas de una plaza unidas y al estar al medio de la cama se notaba. Si bien el desayuno es contundente, después de 8 días se torna un poco monótono; no es malo para nada si te quedas 4 días. Se escucha un poco el ruido de las otras habitaciones. La limpieza está bien, pero podría ser mejor.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind. Great location just off the main street. Free airport pick up and drop off was very useful.

Cons:

Rooms very basic and a bit tired. Internet was very patchy (but was in the process of being upgraded). Let me down badly on my request to fix an island tour - told me last minute that they could not get anyone to do this.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en el centro , puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares para comer, comprar recuerdos, y disfrutas de Rapa Nui. Las chicas que atienden y ayudan en el hotel son un amor, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y dar consejos de la Isla.

Cons:

La habitación muy buena, solo podría decir que le falta un poco de iluminación ya que en la noche la habitación es un poco oscura.

Das Hotel Taura'a ist ein tolles Hotel. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut und die Abholung am Flughafen problemlos. Der persönliche Empfang von Wolfgang dem Inhaber war sehr herzlich, er hat mir auch verschiedene Ausflugs- und Restaurant-Tips gegeben, die alle sehr gut waren. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich und sehr gut. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig, obwohl ich ein Zimmer hatte, bei dem das Badezimmer Fenster zur Straße lag. Wolfgang hat mir auch geholfen, etwas mehr außergewöhnliche Ausflüge zu organisieren und hat mich sogar zum Startpunkt einer Wanderung gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Cons:

Da gibt es leider nichts.

Pros:

The owner and staff are excellent . We were greeted with a welcome drink and checked into our room right away.
Breakfast was excellent and varied each day. The rooms were comfortable and clean --we had a fan and a window air conditioner that we used to cool the room down. The facilities are a little worn but worked well and we found the
grounds of the hotel very pleasant and welcoming. Roosters will wake you but that is part of the fun of Easter Island.
The hotel is in the main area of town so we could access restaurants, shops, and walk along the coast in a short distance and catch some powerful waves.

Experiencia inolvidable en Hanga Roa
Pros:

La atención fue increíble desde el primer momento. Nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos recibieron con un hermoso collar de flores naturales, y también nos trasladaron el día de la partida. El dueño es muy cálido, cercano y atento a cada detalle. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. El personal nos sorprendió cada día con desayunos abundantes, saludables y deliciosos, con productos locales y el hermoso detalle de flores tipanie en la presentación. Sin duda, una experiencia para recomendar y volver. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Nos trataron maravillosamente ayudándonos con todas las dudas que teníamos. Buscaron acomodarnos mejor de lo que habíamos reservado, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, los desayunos de 10 o mejor,... pero de verdad la amabilidad de Wolf y su equipo, tratando de resolver cualquier problema y haciéndonos sentir cómodos y cuidados. Os damos las gracias desde aquí, sin duda el viaje a Rapa Nui ha sido mejor gracias a vosotros.

This hotel is in the best location with the most helpful host ever and the breakfasts were incredible as well. After I booked the hotel I reached out to ask some questions about how to best maximize my short visit to Easter Island and Wolfgang, who runs the hotel was extremely helpful before and after I arrived. Because of his guidance I was able to maximize my time there and have the best experience ever. He gave me various tips about the Island, set up tours for me and arranged for airport pick up (with a driver with my name on sign and the most beautiful flower lay) and drop off. I was able to relax and experience so much more because I was in excellent hands and I am so grateful.
