The location and smooth check in process

Cons:

The building appears poorly maintained, with clear signs of wear and tear. There were leakages in the room, resulting in wet floors and damp walls, which created discomfort and safety concerns. Cleanliness was also below expectations, with visible lizard droppings found on the floor and even on the sofa in the lobby. Additionally, the room ceiling was peeling, and dust from it was falling onto the bed.

The room itself was very basic, and the condition of the furnishings, particularly the mirror with peeling black paint, further affected the overall experience. Significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep are strongly needed.

Provide lift (senior citizens connect carry luggage to second level). No wardrobe. Water was leaking from ceiling above the toilet bowl. No fridge.
