It was great, I would stay here again if I ever came back to London
Pros:

After reading the reviews online i was a bit nervous, however when we got there we immediately got greeted with a smile and got all the help we could ask for, we was also given bottles of free water and offered some fruit or biscuits which i thought was very welcoming. Everyone around in other rooms were also very friendly, the rooms were just basic, everything you need to sleep really. they were clean and I couldn’t see a single fault with the room we had.

Cons:

When booking everyone should be well aware that you have to share the toilets as it SAYS IN THE DESCRIPTION. I read a couple of reviews stating how they were disappointed that they had to share the bathroom !! however there was no issue whatsoever, there are two bathrooms, both with showers. They were not the cleanest but then again I can tell they try there best to keep it maintained nicely, I think it may just look run down due to the age of the building, overall the bathrooms really aren’t as bad as everyone was making them seem, a few people were having showers so clearly it wasnt affecting anybody

Do not recommend. Ive held off from posting this review waiting for thr hotel to address my complaint but after weeks of myself and booking.com trying im left no choice.

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, no curtains on some windows, windows with curtains they were hanging off, previous occupiers dirty socks left in room, tiles falling off wall, bunk beds missing bolts resuting in all my children sleeping together on the bottom as we were worried it would collapse, the beds were also very squeaky and noisy , the fridge froze all our stuff, the shared toilets were dirty, the room was moldy and to top it off we were woke at 6am in the morning to a mouse in our room and left immediately.

Pros:

The location was great for Wembley stadium

Cons:

There was grass growing in the shower & a massage dip in the bathroom floor, the other bathroom wouldn't lock. We also had ants in our room.

The area the hotel is in seems sketchy, no staff onsite, bathrooms were horrible, room was unclean and had to tell my daughter to keep her shoes in because of how dirty the carpet was. I stayed one night and left and paid more money to stay elsewhere as could not handle being in there any longer.

Pros:

No breakfast, no fan working, kettle scaled. Rang few times to get help no answer.

Cons:

Atleast the fan to work to avoid heat.
