Helen's Hotel near Wembley

Arrived at the hotel there were no parking spaces available. We specifically booked Helens because it offered a free parking space. The hotel check in staff told us to park in the middle of the spaces blocking everyone in. He told us it's ok as everyone has gone to the Wembley concert and we are the last to arrive. All night we had awful stress of phone calls from the property to move our vehicle. This was impossible as we were inside Wembley stadium. Then on arrival back at 11.30pm there was a man waiting at our vehicle he said 6 men tried lifting it out of the car park. Our vehicle was covered in finger prints. Ruined our weekend. Awful hotel awful rooms smelled of smoke the bed was covered in stains and cigarette burns on all the furniture. Disgusting avoid avoid avoid.

Unfortunately, this hotel was disappointing even with already low expectations based on the description and previous reviews.

The property and surrounding area felt unsafe, which was particularly concerning as two young women travelling together. We were placed in a ground-floor room directly next to the front entrance, meaning we could hear everything throughout the night, especially the doorbell and people coming in and out. This made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

The shared bathroom was in poor condition, appearing unclean and showing signs of rot and neglect. Security was also a concern, as the room doors were fitted with basic Yale-style locks that did not inspire confidence.

While the beds themselves were acceptable, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel left us feeling uncomfortable and unsettled. Even as a budget option or somewhere simply to sleep, I would not recommend it due to the lack of cleanliness, sense of security, and overall condition of the property.

There were ants running around everywhere, got into all our stuff and even crawling up our legs when we were driving home.

The toilet and shower and disgusting! There is actually what looks like seaweed in the shower so much so we didn’t even have a shower we just drove home as we felt we would come out dirtier than we entered!

Flys everywhere!

The constant music and noise from the local residents.
Ants all over room and toilet/shower room.
Someone opened the door and came into my room at 4am.

L’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, le bruit de la rue très passante et des chambres voisines.
De plus les infrastructures sanitaires auraient besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.

Unfortunately the toilet was filthy and had an ant infestation in our room

Ladders where hanging off the bunk beds stains all.over the sockets where hanging off the walls and loads dirty towels all over floor in bath room.

the location isnt so close to central london, if the main purpose of your stay is to explore central london, its great, unless you would like to go back to the hotel a few times a day.

This hotel was not clean bathroom was absolutely disgusting and dirty.
To top it off we arrived at 7pm by midnight we was leaving due to a lovely MOUSE in room 8 paying us a visit the owner said we could move to the bottom floor, however the place was dirty and we wanted to leave due to RODENTS!! During the phone call the owner claimed they had ALREADY had pest control out, and then claimed there was no rodent found in the room haha!!
STAY CLEAR OF THIS ACCOMMODATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HAVING A VISITOR!! how this place is still running is beyond me!! 2 young children we clearly didn't want to spend anymore time here!!

Toilet cleaning is very bad.

Creepiest property I stayed in. Stayed couple of times there, until I noticed that they have secret cameras in the rooms which is completely illegal. They are masked like security sensors in the corners of the rooms. Be aware not sure what they do with footage.

-Double bed was terrible me and my husband end up having to sleep in the single bed’s
- people ware smoking ilegal substancies and we could smell it from our room
- the toilet was always dirty but there was a incident that everything was wet and extremely dirty dangerous!

I actually text one of the numbers and the gentleman said he is on it clearly not, also no update from him about it.
Overall I didnt know what to expect and we tried it but we are not coming back
