Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Chambre équipée avec lavabo, micro onde, frigo et bouilloire. Arrivée autonome très pratique. J’ai choisi cet établissement car il était proche du point d’intérêt qui m’amenait à Londres. Pour un établissement à environ 60€ la nuit, rien à redire.

Cons:

Un peu juste en chauffage.

Good room met our needs
Pros:

Customer service was very good. The gentleman we saw was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Couldn't get any cold water in the shower so nearly scorched myself as very hot water.
People in next room being very noisy at 5am when they came back drunk and arguing among themselves.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Closer than ridiculously enhanced prices on close accommodation for events.

Cons:

It was outdated, old fashioned, don’t believe met fire and safety regulations. Dirty driveway - eaten food and sanitary products in plant pots, dirty outside windows, deco, overflowing bins. Shared bathroom disgusting, ants, flys and no way possible could you have bathed/showered. We did a must have wee but if it hadn’t been for an event and 1 night and alternative pricing £1400 because of that nearby wouldn’t have stayed.
Bedding was clean though have to say but didn’t dare look at mattress / duvet state otherwise would have maybe slept in car.

Exactly what we needed, not too far from Wembley and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location great for Wembley Stadium, decent nights sleep no complaints. Don’t expect 5 star and you won’t be disappointed, lovely lady was very helpful as it was booked last minute and the price was reasonable. We walked back to the hotel after the Boxing at Wembley (so around 11pm) with no issues, took approx 40 minutes

Cons:

Decor is a bit dated, no Air Con or TV in the room and was a shared bathroom down some stairs.

Very basic but within reasonable distance to Wembley
Pros:

Within 50 min walk to Wembley, just as well as buses were extremely delayed

Cons:

Most reviews said rooms were clean, definitely not what I would say is clean. Bedding and towels were clean, divan bed bases were dirty, floor was dusty and unclean if not on main walk way. Rooms smelt of smoke. Window locks broken, on a ground floor room with my pre teen daughter so a little uneasy. Curtains were dirty and didn't close, not great when trying ro change a night and on rhe main road. Very noisy, door banging loudly and traffic noise with single glazing. Shared bathrooms was not really a problem, as knew on booking but bathrooms but these were in a lot of need of attention, broken loo seat, wet floors after someone's showered as no shower curtain. No bath mats or loo roll in one of the bathrooms. Very basic.

It was perfect location, very near to central london
Pros:

It had own parking, property was clean, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Furniture was quite very old, beds were making noise. Shared bathroom wasn’t good idea at all.

Clean, convenient place with free parking, near a tube station & just outside central London. Great!
Pros:

Bedroom, bathroom and communal areas were all immaculate. Parking was easy and free and the owner was very flexible with us leaving our car for a bit after check out, which was appreciated.

Pavel, the staff member who checked is in, was friendly and professional and obviously worked hard to keep the place looking good. He was always busy when we saw him but always made time to greet us and ask if we were enjoying our stay.

Location was excellent, just a five minute or so fast walk to the nearest tube station. It felt safe, and we were happy enough to be there with our young children, even when we returned late at night.

The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of soap and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable, pillows soft and the bedding was good quality and clean. The room was very warm, even when outside it was sub-zero. We had a very comfortable night.

We heard other guests arriving late, but not everyone is as considerate as we would try to be, and not everyone keep their children quiet or hushes their own voices when in their rooms and up late. This isn't the fault of the hotel owner or workers, though. Some people just don't have good manners, but you get that everywhere. We didn't have to share our bathroom and don't think there was anyone else staying on our floor.

We would definitely stay here again when visiting London and can recommend without hesitation. It fitted our needs perfectly, and the price was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is that only teabags are provided for drinks. Coffee and milk would be great, especially when sharing a room with children it is much needed! We bought our own but could have done with knowing we needed to beforehand.
