Cons:

Everything, we reached the location at 9:30 or 10 am and they demanded an extra 500 rupees for early check in , we had a 10 minute argument but still paid them the money. Rooms were dirty , no cleaning was done , bathroom was very small , my son was 6 feet and his head was touching the roof , flush didn't work properly , hot water was coming drop by drop , took nearly 20-25 minutes to fill a bucket. Water wasn't there at all in the night .When we were checking out , we informed them that we will go after taking a bath and freshening up. It took us so much time to fill the bucket as hot water was coming drop by drop. When we were checking out they demanded another extra 500 rupees and when we were not paying they harassed me and snatched my suitcase. Terrible staff and hotel

They were rude and asked for more money.
When I asked why, they said Booking.com made an error and put low rental on the website
