Bonito, con encanto pero algo vetusto.
Pros:

Las vistas por el balcón hacia el mar… de lujo, el parking para clientes, el estar en una antigua casa de la zona tiene su encanto pero…

Cons:

Las instalaciones algo pasadas, el water como la ducha en cada esquina de la habitación es un poco pasado ya. Una reforma les permitiría subir mucho de nivel con la ubicación que tienen.
