I arrived at the hotel yesterday and was warmly received. However, the person who checked me in did not inform me that I was required to add an extra amount of TSh 8,000 because I had made the booking online.

This morning, while checking out, the receptionist stopped me and told me that I still owed that amount. Honestly, I was not happy with the way this was handled, and it left me with many questions in my mind. If the charge was legitimate, why wasn’t I informed yesterday during check-in?

To be honest, I feel very disappointed, especially considering that I have been a good customer of your hotel. I truly did not appreciate this experience.

Good Internet speed

Cons:

Power went out and back on maybe 10 times, staff was confused, I went to breakfast 1 time and it became them trying to make me pay for a "free" breakfast. The restaurant is bad, 60% of the menu is unavailable. The room smelled like strong bug spray.

Cons:

提前和客房经理协商确认好入住价格，办理入住后却临时通知要上调房费，全程无法联系到门店管理人员沟通协商，体验感极差。店内餐食品质堪忧，菜品品类十分单一，口味也很一般，用餐过程中还偶尔发现餐品有异物，卫生让人很不放心。另外酒店 WiFi 网速卡顿严重，日常上网、办公都受很大影响，整体入住体验非常差，不推荐入住。
