C’était parfait à part Amina qui m’a déçu
Pros:

C’était parfait le petit déjeuner copieux l’équipe de ménage et de service de l’hôtel et le patron rien à dire

L’hôtesse Amina pas professionnel
Elle refuse de me parler en français et parle aux autres en français je l’ai surprise à la réception alors qu’elle dit pas parler français elle a préférer parler à mon mari en arabe heureusement qu’il était là pour me traduire et elle me parlais en arabe sachant que comprenais pas très bien

Le petit déjeuner, assez varié et très complet.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien, cependant ce que j’ai moins apprécié est l’extérieur, ainsi que le quartier autour.

The hotel was good and the staff were nice

Cons:

My booking was confirmed but when I reached the hotel at night with my family after a long trip I was surprised that the hotel is fully booked. The hotel offered me one suite but it was very expensive I was expecting to take it but with the same price at least.
Reception staff tried to give alternative hotels in the area.i accepted and no other options.hotel was rejecting all responsibility.who can be blamed?

„Bereits 2017, 2019 und nun im August 2025 für eine Woche mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Töchtern – immer ein Traum! Zimmer sauber und mit Meerblick, privater Strand ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen, Frühstück frisch und reichhaltig. Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer einfach unvergesslich. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal – wir kommen garantiert wieder!“

Accès privative à la plage , personnel à l'écoute , propreté insonorisation.

Cons:

Accueil compliqué (réceptionniste seule donc dépassée et surtout trés exigente sur les papiers a l'aire de la dématérialisation ).

the hotel was ok, but the could do much better to clean and organise the reception area.
Pros:

The staff were very willing to please, polite and generous, but not very professionally trained.
The bedrooms were lovely and clean.

Cons:

The reception area was not well organised, and frequently had (mostly male) guest sitting there casually watching TV without shoes which was off putting, especially for guests just arriving for the first time.

Pros:

They let me do early check-in without charging extra. Thank you.

Cons:

The staff was very unprofessional, yelling at customers, when they didn't understand our requests and made mistakes. The AC didn't work most of the time. They wanted me to pay cash for dinner after I asked them to charge all extras to the room for a final invoice at checkout to be settled with my visa card. Then every single day they saw me in the lobby they asked me to settle every outstanding extra, after I told them several times that I want to settle one final invoice for all extras at the end of my stay. It was very tiring to re explain everytime. As I write, the AC is not working.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel was amazing—stunning views, excellent staff, delicious food, and outstanding service. The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible.

Cons:

he only downside is that there are no reviews on Booking, which doesn't do justice to how great this place is!
