Bạn tiếp tân nhẹ nhàng, tỉ mỉ, hướng dẫn rất kỹ đường đi đến Chợ Kong Plong. Bạn lại rất linh hoạt, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Khung cảnh trong và xung quanh homestay quá đẹp đến nỗi có lẽ không cẩn đi xa hơn vẫn đủ tận hưởng vẻ đẹp núi rừng.
Máy nước nóng đêm cuối không đủ nóng lắm, vòi nước rửa mặt thì không có nước nóng. Mình lu bu, không nghĩ ra cần gọi Tiếp tân sớm . Nếu gọi, mình tin vẫn sẽ được cải thiện nên chỉ note để nhờ bên homestay xem lại để khách sau được trọn vẹn hơn.

Friendly and helpful staff (i like the security guy)
- On the first day of my stay, the bedding smelled bad and apparently not very clean.
- Certain facilities were in bad working condition (e g. The electric kettle malfunctioned, the bathroom sewer cover leaked. And sometimes the hot water supply got interrupted despite modest use. The Wi-Fi signals were bad and intermittent)
I came during the busy Tet day so the price was high despite the bad facilities. Luckily the receptionist lady and the maintenance guy were very helpful in fixing all of my complaints.
The breakfast was terrible.
