Pros:

The location is amazing, if the primary purpose of visit is to visit the temple. With eateries all around, it is very convenient. The staff is polite and helpful. The guy at the reception (I forgot to ask his name) was very courteous and helpful. The waiter in the breakfast room, went out of the way to see to it that we had everything we needed. The breakfast selection, though not the best, did the job. Overall a good stay.

Cons:

Majorly two things. For one, in spite of booking on booking.com, I recd a mail saying that I have to pay 50% as advance directly to the hotels account. Once that was done, I recd another mail from them on the day of travel, saying that I need to confirm my stay with them on phone, failing which they would cancel my booking. Why unnecessarily panic someone when u have already taken 50% as advance for confirmation? That was not good at all. Second thing the extra bed was pretty uncomfortable to say the least. Rather than give that bed, they shud just say that they dont have extra beds.

Hygiene wise it's good.

Cons:

Staff and their behaviour. We faced a lot of challenges with the staff. Prices on website and their walk in rates were different. And when we booked through online. They didn't cooperate

Pros:

the hotel is well maintained with clean bed and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and provided great service.
The food at the in-house restaurant was the highlight of the stay. The meals we had there was easily the best meals we had in the recent times. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly and super helpful

Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Shirdi
