Good Hotel, Worst Service & Staf
Pros:

The location was good. And I liked the restaurant and the service was good. The food tasted average.

Cons:

The reception was the worst, even the room service was not that good.
I would rate zero just because of the front desk staff. And not peace of mind in a room, behind the hotel slum boys were playing cricket, shouting loud and abusing.
I requested reception to change my room, he denied. I was wanting to take a nap, but couldn't.
Also flus in a washroom was dirty.

Practicle and comfortable
Pros:

For me this was just a overnighter to travel to Ellora. However the staff was very nice and the room was good. So it was more then i was expecting.
