Expensive and not quiet
Pros:

Easily accessible from train station

Cons:

Room was quite loud from street goers, but needed windows open due to heat. Expensive and no AC. My room was over some door on a entrance level that would repeatedly slam, and rattle my room above.

Mooi plekje aan het water in Tilburg, kleurrijk ingericht, makkelijk parkeren, dichtbij centrum
Pros:

Heerlijk buiten/overdekt ontbijten, gevarieerd en lekker.

Cons:

Niets, alleen niet zo op mijn netvlies dat ik een kamer met bad had gereserveerd en dan ook alleen een bad dus wellicht fijn dat iets beter aan te geven, maar op zich geen probleem.

Very disappointing. We booked this place based on the lovely looking bar and restaurant, but it was closed. Stuffy, hot

We arrived to find the room so hot and stuffy, open blinds and shut windows - it was 36oc on the thermostat. The bar and restaurant was closed - no mention of this on the booking site. No access to dinnerware or glassware. Only 1 pillow per person. Breakfast wasn’t available (advertised for 8am but no one was on site until 10). Poor communication. Very disappointing - we paid extra for the experience of being able to relax after a busy day with the children, yet we overpaid for a room (self catering but with no amenities/fridge/space to prepare food/glassware). Even the hand wash was watered down.

Hot and stuffy room - wasn’t prepared for our arrival, 36oc because the blinds were open and windows shut in full sun. Uncomfortable - 1 pillow. No glassware/tableware. No fridge. Watered down hand wash/shower gel. Advertised as having breakfast at 8am but the site wasn’t open until 10am. No access to the living space as advertised. No bar as advertised. Overpaid for a room basically. Poor communication.

Great location in gorgeous building with a fabulous breakfast.
Pros:

Great location and in a beautiful building and room with a fantastic bar downstairs. Breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

Room was unbearably hot and provided fan was useless. Stairs were steep. Was noisy with lots of foot traffic out on the street until very late at night, was probably worse because we had to have windows open to try to cool room.

Prima verblijf, goede kamer, lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Lekker ontbijt! Er was meer dan genoeg. Ik zat heerlijk op het terras dat deels binnen/deels buiten is.

Cons:

Het was erg warm in het hotel omdat het buiten al dagen warm was geweest. Er was gelukkig een grote ventilator neergezet, maar die haalde niet alle warmte uit de kamer. Airco was fijn geweest. In de gangen van het hotel was het ook erg warm; 's avonds en 's ochtends de buitendeur openzetten had geholpen.

Schön eingerichtet, nette Atmosphäre, Liebe zum Detail. Sehr angenehm, dass es keinen TV gibt.

Cons:

Im Sommer absolut NICHT empfehlenswert - draußen war es ca. 35 Grad, im Zimmer 30 Grad (siehe Foto). Die beiden kleinen Bodenventilatoren haben nicht geholfen, da zu wenig Steckdosen, kurzes Kabel.
Das gleiche mit der Kaffeemaschine: keine Steckdose in der Nähe.
Sehr wenig Ablageflächen, kein Schrank.
