dreadful staff, threatened to call the police on us after he told us the hotel was fully booked even though we had a boo

absolutely nothing, arrived at the hotel after i had it booked for 3 days and they told me they were fully booked, after i questioned him about it he threatened to call the police on us if we didn’t leave, i am now being charged with a cancellation fee as i refuse to stay in a place that treats its customers like that,
