SCAM HOTEL. STAY AWAY

We booked the hotel in a day advance so that when we came early the next day the room would already be ready as the checkin would have been 2pm the earlier day, but the hotel didn’t give us the room promised and asked us to wait in a dirty room until few hours. Later when there was no intimation, I went and checked and was told to wait until someone checks out. That means he wanted us to wait 1 whole day when my room was paid. The hotel also tried to scam us by asking to pay for the filthy room which they asked us to wait . TOTAL SCAM HOTEL. STAY AWAY.

员工虽然只会越南语言，出现问题一直积极沟通，床单挺干净洁白的，
