It was what we booked and fare value, apart from being charged twice.
Pros:

Cleanish and we got the beds we asked for.

Cons:

We were charged on arrival and also charged through booking.com.

Grosszügiges Zimmer

Cons:

Restaurant im EG geschlossen, sprechen schlecht Englisch, es wirkt fast, wie das Hotel nächstens. ganz schliesst.

Good value for the price - a place to rest your head in Surat Thani and not far from bus for islands
Pros:

The hotel is a little tired and could do with a spruce-up. Having said that, it is perfectly adequate. It's not far from the centre of Surat Thani. We walked ten minutes to the night market area. Hotel restaurant was closed but apparently can cater to vegans when open. There is a Karaoke room!

Cons:

Furnishings were old/ a bit worn but beds were ok. Weird posters in the rooms of The Simpsons or Disney characters.
