A nossa experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas.
A localização é agradável, mas o alojamento encontra-se relativamente isolado e os acessos são feitos por estradas bastante degradadas, o que dificulta as deslocações.
O maior problema surgiu com o primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuído. A casa de banho tinha um cheiro extremamente intenso e desagradável, ao ponto de ser impossível permanecer no quarto. Inicialmente pensámos que pudesse tratar-se de um problema geral relacionado com os esgotos da zona, mas, após solicitarmos a mudança de quarto, verificámos que o novo quarto não apresentava qualquer odor. Isto demonstra que o problema era específico daquele quarto e que deveria ter sido identificado e resolvido antes de receber hóspedes.
Outro aspeto menos positivo foi o processo de escolha do quarto. Após efetuarmos a reserva através do Booking, foi-nos pedido que escolhêssemos um dos quartos, uma vez que todos têm nomes e decorações distintas. No entanto, nunca nos foi disponibilizada uma lista dos quartos disponíveis nem qualquer informação que facilitasse essa escolha. Indicámos apenas que pretendíamos um quarto com um ambiente romântico, mas não recebemos qualquer sugestão. Tivemos de procurar, por iniciativa própria, os quartos no site do alojamento. Sempre que indicávamos um quarto, a resposta era apenas que já se encontrava ocupado. Este processo repetiu-se várias vezes, sem que nos fossem apresentadas alternativas ou qualquer ajuda por parte da equipa.
Por fim, o pequeno-almoço revelou-se bastante limitado em termos de variedade e qualquer pedido adicional era cobrado à parte, o que consideramos pouco adequado
para o tipo de alojamento e para o preço praticado.
São aspetos que, com um pouco mais de atenção ao detalhe e maior preocupação com a experiência do cliente, poderiam ser facilmente melhorados.
The staff were great and very friendly - they couldn't do enough for us! The place was beautiful. The food was lovely and good value for money. We had a gorgeous room with a veranda that we sat out on at night.
There were a lot of influencers who were getting in the way, and you felt like you were in the way. The place has lots of trees, which is great for shade, but actually, it would have been nice to sit in the direct sun sometimes. It was noisy with the building work going on - we were asked if they needed to stop, but we didn't want to be rude! But this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay. We would be back.
Hotel rooms magical, Service and staff excellent Breakfast was great. small portions. Menu could add more options like pizza.
Far from restaurants n shops. We took grab everywhere. Can’t walk to any ammenties, but hotel is fabulous
Swimming pool amazing, staff brilliant and very kind, room excellent
We booked this hotel mainly for its gorgeous communal swimming pool with lovely lighting. We arrived late at night; Bali’s local transport is inconvenient, so our trip took much longer than expected.
Surprisingly, staff warmly waited for us at the entrance at around 11 PM. They always noticed us the second we got to the gate, which made us really happy. They kindly helped carry our luggage all the way to our room.
The best part was our spacious room — it matched online photos perfectly and was even nicer in person. We had a wonderful stay and took plenty of beautiful photos by the pool.
The location feels rural by car, yet grab/taxi pickups are super convenient. We ordered rides five or six times during our stay and every car arrived promptly. They also offer free luggage storage. We had a volcano tour and wouldn’t be back overnight, and the staff kindly made an exception to keep our bags for the whole night safely with nothing missing.
Our room is up a steep staircase with no handrails, a little tricky for guests in high heels. Luckily the team always assists with bags, so it wasn’t a problem.

Территория! Номера ( у нас был двухэтажный люкс) у друзей стандартный номер и стандартный очень красивый и люкс тоже! Сервис класс! Завтраки вкусные и красивые!Телефон из рук просто не выпускали, снимали каждый уголок! Неделю жили, первые дней 5 вообще никого не было только приезжали фотографироваться гости, но нас в это время и не было!

Die Anlage ist außergewöhnlich schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Widia, Rachmad und Bintang waren bei allen Anliegen für uns da und haben uns schnell weitergeholfen. Vico hat uns super Drinks gemacht und uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge gegeben!
Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Strand und an den Klippen in Uluwatu. Zum Zentrum sind es tagsüber ca. 20-30 Minuten.
In unserem Zimmer (One Love) hat und die Ausstattung des Badezimmers nicht so gut gefallen. Die Dusche war in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss ist sehr langsam abgelaufen. Da es eine offene Dusche war stand nach kurzem Duschen Wasser im Bad sodass man warten musste bis man das Waschbecken nutzen konnte ohne wieder nasse Füße zu bekommen. Zudem war das ganze Zimmer relativ dunkel wegen für uns zu wenig Beleuchtung. Die Klimaanlage war auch auf Sleep Mode verhältnismäßig laut. Bei unserem weiteren Aufenthalt auf Bali hatten wir deutlich leisere Geräte.
Stunning decor. The feeling of being somewhere else, an evolving story, lots of corners to explore. The staff are lovely, things are clean and comfortable. Pools are great.
Breakfast was ok. Felt a bit isolated and didn't know how to connect with the surrounding area.
