Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel vraiment gentil. Notre chambre était parfaitement aménagée. Nous regrettons de n’y avoir passé qu’une seule nuit.

Cons:

Au petit déjeuner, nous n’avons malheureusement pas reçu la carte. Le personnel semblait un peu débordé … nous avons mangé des suggestions présentes sur la carte des plats …

L’accoglienza è stata fantastica e tutto lo staff gentilissimo, giardino e piscina stupendi. Camera grande, pulita, accessoriata e confortevole.

Cons:

Il caffè espresso è stato il peggiore della mia vita! Anche quello americano non era particolarmente buono ma si poteva bere. Probabilmente un problema con la macchina del caffè, non saprei… la colazione in generale non al livello del resto.

Un soggiorno rilassante nel paradiso

Splendide stanze arredate in modo ricercato e particolare, dotate di tutto il comfort. Inizialmente abbiamo riservato il bungalow (splendido, ma temevamo che sia un po' rumoroso dopo le esperienze avute nelle altre location) quindi subito al chek-in la struttura ci ha permesso di fare il cambiamento con una stanza deluxe. Ottima colazione nella zona ristorante aperto, verde, a bordo piscina, inclusa caffetteria, tutto preparato sul momento e accompagnata da una bella musica in sottofondo. La qualità del cibo eccezionale anche a cena! Staff gentile e accogliente. Da restare a rilassarsi a bordo piscina (bella fresca) o da munirsi del mezzo (scooter) per girare i dintorni.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che manca è uno stenditoio per poter asciugare i costumi da bagno.
Il soggiorno è stato fantastico!

A localização é agradável, mas o alojamento encontra-se relativamente isolado e os acessos são feitos por estradas bastante degradadas, o que dificulta as deslocações.

O maior problema surgiu com o primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuído. A casa de banho tinha um cheiro extremamente intenso e desagradável, ao ponto de ser impossível permanecer no quarto. Inicialmente pensámos que pudesse tratar-se de um problema geral relacionado com os esgotos da zona, mas, após solicitarmos a mudança de quarto, verificámos que o novo quarto não apresentava qualquer odor. Isto demonstra que o problema era específico daquele quarto e que deveria ter sido identificado e resolvido antes de receber hóspedes.

Outro aspeto menos positivo foi o processo de escolha do quarto. Após efetuarmos a reserva através do Booking, foi-nos pedido que escolhêssemos um dos quartos, uma vez que todos têm nomes e decorações distintas. No entanto, nunca nos foi disponibilizada uma lista dos quartos disponíveis nem qualquer informação que facilitasse essa escolha. Indicámos apenas que pretendíamos um quarto com um ambiente romântico, mas não recebemos qualquer sugestão. Tivemos de procurar, por iniciativa própria, os quartos no site do alojamento. Sempre que indicávamos um quarto, a resposta era apenas que já se encontrava ocupado. Este processo repetiu-se várias vezes, sem que nos fossem apresentadas alternativas ou qualquer ajuda por parte da equipa.

Por fim, o pequeno-almoço revelou-se bastante limitado em termos de variedade e qualquer pedido adicional era cobrado à parte, o que consideramos pouco adequado
para o tipo de alojamento e para o preço praticado.

São aspetos que, com um pouco mais de atenção ao detalhe e maior preocupação com a experiência do cliente, poderiam ser facilmente melhorados.

Gorgeous, comfy place to stay with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were great and very friendly - they couldn't do enough for us! The place was beautiful. The food was lovely and good value for money. We had a gorgeous room with a veranda that we sat out on at night.

Cons:

There were a lot of influencers who were getting in the way, and you felt like you were in the way. The place has lots of trees, which is great for shade, but actually, it would have been nice to sit in the direct sun sometimes. It was noisy with the building work going on - we were asked if they needed to stop, but we didn't want to be rude! But this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay. We would be back.
