I had booked the room on 15th March Saturday for 1 day. Due to personal reasons i had reached the location by late and happen to known that they had allocated the room to another person, without even contacting me.
They are giving silly reasons for room allocating to other person even they are saying tried to contacted you.

Great location. near to temple, amble parking space. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Quick response from management side. They have a premier property KK GARDEN adjacent to K K RESIDENCY which will be listing soon. Hope to be back for longer stay and explore Palakkad.
