Pros:

Рядом с метро Таксим. Для Стамбула чисто. Есть чай если кипяток не забыли налить.
Заселение быстро.

Cons:

Постоянно сверлили, ночью персонал или рабочий громко разговаривали , хлопали дверьми и я постоянно просыпался. Кондиционер живет своей жизнью. 10 минут работает потом отключается потом надо опять нажимать.

Great value for Istanbul
Pros:

Great location not far from Taksim Square and the metro (which you can take to IST airport). Lots of great food options that are reasonably priced in the area. Room was very clean. Staff were helpful when we interacted with them. Excellent value for Istanbul.

Cons:

Ceiling is lower than standard in the two bedroom unit, which could be a problem if you’re tall.

Very happy with my stay. Location was excellent and was great value for money
Pros:

Location was excellent
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was clean

Cons:

Stairs up to the room were a little strange as it only went to our room, but no problem.
Door frames were quite low, for tall people, may be an issue

Пожалуйста, улучшите качество сервиса и работу персонала, особенно сотрудников на ресепшене.
Pros:

Отель после ремонта, чистый и уютный. Удобное расположение рядом с транспортом: легко добраться на такси, автобусе или метро. Поблизости есть кафе и рестораны, где можно поесть и приятно провести вечер. Также отель находится недалеко от улицы Истикляль.

Cons:

Сервис очень слабый, особенно работа ресепшена. В отеле шумно, даже ночью сотрудники мешают отдыху. Номера значительно меньше, чем указано в описании.

Мы остались под приятным впечатлением! Наша первая поездка в Стамбул прошла замечательно, обязательно вернемся!
Pros:

В нескольких минутах от центра, площади Таксим и знаменитой улицы Истикляль. Очень много различных заведений рядом.
Персонал очень милый, уборка в номерах была ежедневная, никаких трудностей не возникло, все было замечательно, все как на фото!
Будьте готовы, что будет немного шумно, так как отель находится в самом центре, где все заведения работают до глубокой ночи - но для нас это совершено не было минусом🙂

Pros:

Все супер! Отличное местоположение, наличие кондиционера, небольшое, но достаточное пространство для пятерых девушек. Ресеп работал 24/7, так как мы не всегда тусили вместе, то оставляли ключи у администраторов. Есть лифт

Pros:

Было всё идеально! ОЧЕНЬ чистый номер, очень милые пастельные цвета в номере, хорошо работающие и чистые кондиционеры. Персонал очень отзывчивый!

The location was great, The staff were great, A girl at the reception helped me a lot, talked in English and was very welcome. It was also a safe place and very private.

Cons:

It was really dirty unfortunately. In the bed there were hair everywhere. In addition, the bedding was not fitting properly and when I saw what was going under there, there were small hair everywhere, like someone had their hair cut on the bed. The towels were also dirty, I believe they were washed, but there were some stains on them.

Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σε γειτονιά με πολλά ξενοδοχεία, μινι μαρκετ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, ζωντανή όλο το 24ωρο! Τα δωμάτια οπως στις φωτογραφίες, αλλά το ένα πάρα πολυ μικρό. Υπήρχε κουζινάκι. 24 ωρες reception. Καθαρά σεντόνια και χώρος. Πολύ ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα.

Cons:

Το πρώτο που μας απογοήτευσε ήταν οι πετσέτες, που αν και καινούριες, και μύριζαν καθαριότητα, είχαν ειτε λεκέδες ειτε τρίχες... όλες!! 3 μπάνιου+προσωπου. Μας εφεραν αμέσως καινουριες...ΤΑ ΙΔΙΑ!! Μάλλον κακή διαχείριση απο το πλυντήριο μεχρι τα δωμάτια... Το κουζινάκι δεν είχε τίποτε στα ντουλάπια, ούτε ποτηρια, μόνο δυο φλυτζάνια για καφε. Ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση από τον δρόμο (αν και φαίνονται καινούριες οι μπαλκονόπορτες) που είναι συνέχεια με κόσμο, φασαρία και ιμάμη... καθώς και από τους από πανω, που ειχαν παιδιά τα οποία ετρεχαν και επαιζαν μπαλα, εσερναν πράγματα μέχρι τις 2 τη νύχτα και μετά από τις 8 το πρωι!! Ευτυχώς γυρίζαμε πολύ κουρασμένοι και κοιμόμασταν. Το πλακάκι στο πατωμα της ντουζιέρας γλυστρούσε ΠΑΑΑΡΑ πολύ!! Μόνο με σαγιοναρες μπάνιο!

Добавить в номера крючки для полотенец, и поменять постельное белье , местами было катышки на наволочках

Был номер на 4 человека супер люкс или полу люкс , не помню как точно назывался
