A bit disappointing as I didn’t realise I was so far out of main city.1/2 hour driver of city

Phòng nhỏ, đèn vàng mờ khó thấy, không có tủ lạnh, không có chỗ treo đồ, không có máy sấy như mô tả. Đặt giường king nhưng giao phòng có 2 giường nhỏ, nhân viên tỏ thái độ khi muốn đổi phòng. Khác xa với mô tả.

An affordable location that is clean and welcoming.
Pros:

I stayed at the Bach Nam Hotel for eight nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind, honorable, and welcoming. I was treated with fairness, warmth, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay.

What truly made this stay special, however, was the neighborhood. Hoa An is a local area with very few expats, and if you’re looking to experience the real Da Nang, this is a fantastic place to stay. The streets are alive and vibrant, filled with incredible street food, friendly smiles, and engaging personalities.

My room was perfectly acceptable and comfortable, but the surrounding community is what sold me on this stay. Exploring the local markets, discovering food stalls, and navigating the area with a translator app became an unforgettable cultural experience. Once I found my footing, I felt warmly welcomed by the people around me.

Compared to staying earlier in the city center near the college and deeper into the expat community, the difference was night and day. This stay offered a far more authentic and enriching experience of Da Nang.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Bach Nam Hotel and in this wonderful neighborhood, and I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Khách sạn cách bến xe 250m, xung quanh bến thì đây là khách sạn ok nhất, giá phòng ổn nhất, k chặt chém khi phát sinh giờ (mỗi giờ ps có 20k), xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn có thể đi bộ được, k thiếu món gì.
Nhân viên nhiệt tình, cô dọn phòng rất thân thiện. Khách sạn khá rộng, csvc hơi cũ nhưng có sửa và bảo dưỡng lại thường xuyên, có bãi đỗ xe rộng, có dầu gội, lược, kem đánh răng, móc áo… nước tắm mạnh. Nói chung ở khu vực gần bến thì mình thấy BN là chỗ nghỉ ok nhất, mn nếu có nhu cầu nghỉ ở khu vực này thì nên book ở đây.

Cons:

AC didnt work. TV didnt work. The whole room felt unclean. Glasses were dirty. Only Fred and Wilma Flinstone would like the beds. Was glad to leave the place!!!
