Please state clearly room with or without views
Pros:

Aircond ok.
Good location.
Clean.

Cons:

I booked a room that was shown in the photos as having a window, but when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the room actually had no window. This was very frustrating, especially since I had already booked and paid for a two-night stay.

Please update the room photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive. Otherwise, other travelers may experience the same disappointment.

The water heater also didn't seem to be functioning properly.

Lastly, I didn't like the smell of the air freshener, as it was quite unpleasant.

Comfy and convenient
Pros:

I like how the hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city but still have ample amount of parking spaces. The staffs are so friendly and so helpful too!

Cons:

Aliran air shower turun pada salur agak perlahan. Boleh Cuba cek supaya bila mandi, air jd kurang brtakung.
Betulkan arah kiblat sebenar. Tetapi dia dh bg reminder di pintu masuk. Lain2 smua okay & selesa 👍🏻
