Good location near BP Mall and friendly staff, but the stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness and lack of proper

The location is good and close to BP Mall. The staff are nice and friendly.

Cons:

However, it was a bit disappointing because the room was quite dirty. There was a lot of dust, especially on the air conditioner and the ceiling. The bathroom was also dirty, and the sink and faucet were stained and rusty 😌
I malas nak minta tukar bilik, sebab last minit book, hotel lain mostly penuh, and i cuma stay for 1 night only.
