Hotel O Eswar RR Residency

I booked a room via booking.com, I visit a hotel, Its look a bar and reach reception I told and show my booking status.. reception staff behave rudely and told me no available already full.. I show my booking status in online.. He reply no problem I cancelled your booking rudely.. so return back with my family in a night time.. Its my bad experience dont go for this hotel...

Staff and rooms were so bad

My booking was for 2 rooms, when reach there they gave only 1room and charged same price for 2rooms, reason is room not available

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel O Easwar. While the hotel is located in a nice area and the rooms are well-maintained and clean, the overall experience was ruined due to poor service and lack of basic facilities.

There was no power for the entire day during our stay, and to make matters worse, there was no power backup. This is especially frustrating during the rainy season. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionist, was extremely rude and uncooperative. Even though we had booked and paid for three people, they refused to provide an extra bed or even a bedsheet.

The attitude of the staff was unprofessional, and they clearly lacked any sense of hospitality. Also, be aware that if there's a power outage, they make no effort to help and no refund will be given, regardless of the inconvenience caused.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially during the monsoon season.

There was no property! No location

I booked 5 triple classic rooms, but when I arrived they did not have my booking details.
They some how managed to provide 1 triple, 2 double bed & 1 single rooms. The rooms were stinking like hell. Service is very bad.

but the hotel people are collecting more extra money than showing in the app
