DO NOT STAY HERE! It was disgustingly filthy!
Cons:

DO NOT STAY HERE! The apartment was disgustingly filthy. "Stuff" (debris, hairs, possibly dead bugs) was everywhere on the flooring and carpets. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. Hairs in the bathroom. Hairs (dog?) in the bed. Dead bugs on the quilt and dish towel. When I approached the owner, he was absolutely belligerent. I prepaid for 8 nights, stayed 0 nights, and he refused to give me even a partial refund. The owner was the one responsible for "cleaning" the apartment, but he's elderly and could barely walk (he told me he had 4 back surgeries) which partially explains why it was so filthy. His house to which the apartment is attached was even filthier.

Wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Enclosed patio for dogs.

Cons:

No place to sit. Patio full of bugs. Mini refrigerator with no freezer. Very limited counter space. No TV. Smell smoking from owner.

Adequate for the price
Pros:

Adequate accomodations, especially in light of the hotel prices in town, but the overall score in Booking.com seems slightly inflated in our opinion. Not quite sure of a good definition...maybe some melding of suburban-rustic, BOHO, and shabby-chic? But the bed was comfortable and the room served it's purpose.

Cons:

The room is tight for two people with suitcases. Location is a way from the central area, but again, given the price we could live with it.

Lovely and eccentric
Pros:

This adobe style house is full of amazing art and the patio is great. The available amenities are great when on a roadtrip

Cons:

The floor was not the cleanest BUT our host had a back injury and still managed to set us a nice comfortable bed and well organised/clean countertops and bathroom!

Great stay, I would come back
Pros:

I liked the private entrance leading to the property and the instructions for parking were simple. Amenities were exceptional and John went above and beyond.

Not what it seems !
Cons:

It wasn’t like the photos at all ,very small, no tv , no locks, just a room, no place to set inside you could hear other people talking in the main part of the house !! Long way to down town had to drive to everything

Fine for just a place to sleep, but the room is cold at night in in the morning.
Pros:

Separate entry, privacy, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was cold. There is an old space heater, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work.

Its worth it.
Pros:

Jason was nice, the property was quiet, the shower worked, and there was a coffee maker. That's all I needed for a one night stay.
