old hotel far from city area
Pros:

location was far from CBD area, but close to a mall that have small cafe and restaurant.

Need much improvement
Pros:

Location beside the 1borneo mall is great.

Cons:

It is old.
Gym is really bad. Need refurnishing
Staff should differentiate between superior vs deluxe. I booked deluxe but the initial room given was superior. And this superior room was in a bad condition; imagine thick dusts at the aircon vent and the window is not stable. I requested for a room change but the changed room was decent.

Breakfast was disappointing too.

Everything was good expect for the parking space

Room price reasonable
Pros:

Bed is comfy. Room is clean. Allowed us to check out at 1pm without extra charge & leave our luggage at the lobby aftr checked out. Breakfast is good. Room rate is cheap.

Cons:

Aircond not cold enough & took a long time to cool down the room. If not because of the air conditioning, 1 would hv rated 10/10

paip pump dkt toilet rosak, sinki sumbat. Tong sampah x letak plastik. Before this, ok lah. walaupun sometimes ada juga dpt bilik kotor, bau makanan

Otherwise OK. Would have given a 10 if it wasn't for the checkout incident
Pros:

Great breakfast. Great choices and the eating area very calm n good view.
Clean room.
Has all the aminities.. Hair dryer and iron that works well
Has prayer matt already which is very good
Has bathtub which is clean though the hand shower a bit of problem. Used the bathtub for relaxation..
Water was warm OK..
Flushing system good
My floor was near the swimming pool level but I didn't have time to use
Near the shopping place which is very convenient as my time limited as came for work, finished late

Cons:

View outside my floor 7th not so nice but OK lah too busy to look outside anyway..
On check out time they complain that the face towel had lipstick STAIN. I didn't realise that. And they can't get it out. Told them to try use soap or detol. I had to wait a bit after they tried this until it was out only then they allowed me to go. They did give me back my deposit first then the counter called the lady to cek and inspect the room. This is first time in all hotels I stayed It happened. If you don't want that to happen pls put noticed - DO NOT STAIN OUR TOWELS. You should have laundry equipment for stains
