Nice and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Coffee, Fruit, vegetable, roti canai, and chicken dish.

Cons:

Wifi was not stable due to server problem. Yet, the staff did their best to solve the problem (the problem out of their control). Finally, they solve the problem.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I Love the cleanliness of the room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is okay. my husband and 1 stay for 4 nights and the breakfast is always the same but its okay for us.

Cons:

The only problem and annoying is the WIFI service in the room. we cant connect to the TV and the TV channel also lost. Thank you

Breakfast was decent but wish had the option of not having it.

Cons:

Room is normal. Nothing fancy. It's not a place for those who drive here. Only 10 parking lots for free for hotel, 1st come first serve. Otherwise, have to pay for parking at the mall, overnight total of RM15. And u can only go through the mall from 10am if wanna get your car. Its ridiculous that have to wait till 10am. And you cant enter mall car park after 10pm.
If park by roadside near lobby,its RM25.
Ask reception if can reserve a lot,she said to ask concierge. It's ridiculous to ask house guess to go find out himself. Seems no communication between staff..
Very HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for those driving.

УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!
Pros:

Только ежедневная уборка и замена белья и полотенец. И цена приемлемая. И был приятный бонус в виде встречи в аэропорту и бесплатный трансфер в отель. Но можно было и обратно нас отправить в аэропорт!

Cons:

Очень старый отель, требующий ремонта. Смесители нужно заменить все, все висит на соплях, ванную нужно заменить, краска сходит. Полотенца пора заменить. Завтраки крайне скудные и однообразные. Отель далеко находится от основных локаций. Рядом проходит оживленная трасса и в номере очень шумно и днем и ночью! Кондиционер дует прямо на нас, отключить невозможно-жарко! Мы просили персонал помочь с выбором экскурсий - нам даже не подсказали ничего! Я купился на 4*, которых они не достойны!!! Я бы и 1 звезды не дал!
