Il n’y a pas assez de pression à la douche sanitaire à améliorer au niveau robinet.. on ne sait comment faire pour la douche plafond et ou la douche …. Comment gérer eau chaude eau froide

Pros:

2nd visit. I felt the service on the fromt desk was so much better than a few months ago when I last stayed.
The lady who’s name sadly I have forgotten was exceptional… dark haired and so made our stay this time. Glad I came back.

Perfekt beliggenhed, med et smukt, charmerende og roligt hotel.
Pros:

Hyggeligt værelse, med god seng og flot udsigt. Super hotel, hvor du har alt og rigtig god service.

Cons:

Dør til badeværelset, var en skydedør med glas. Var flot, men ikke praktisk at lyset og lyden kommer ind i rummet. + fitness er alt for moderne og mangler et simpel/normalt løbebånd.

Great hotel in fantastic location let down by poor service and hidden charges

Superb location, lovely hotel

Cons:

Awful breakfast service, waiting ages for basics like spoons for cereal, glasses for water, and drinks. They appear very short staffed and some badly trained. Also, the paid “breakfast” is a set menu of a handful of things. Inevitably you want different things and have to pay extra, which felt like a real con - I have never experienced this with a hotel breakfast before. What a pity to spoil the experience by leaving this bad taste in the mouth - and not a good way to start your day with bad breakfast service and additional hidden charges

Hotel é maravilhoso, me senti em casa! Hotel lindo, quarto confortável, ótima localização e com a estação de metrô bem na frente, o que facilita muito. Funcionários atenciosos e muito educados, principalmente a recepcionista Emily. Voltarei mais vezes, super recomendo!

I wholeheartedly recommend this charming hotel
Pros:

Great location. A charming Parisian hotel with beautiful decor. The room could use more wardrobe space, but the overall vibe is wonderful, and there’s a nice bar on the ground floor.

Cons:

The service is very good. The staff are friendly and attentive, both at breakfast and at the bar!

Wunderbare Lage, aber viel zu teuer für das kleine Deluxe Zimmer u. das extrem knauserige Frühstück.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück - kein Buffet (!) - war die Qualität von Tee, Kaffee, Gebäck etc. sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich, manches mal wirkte es aber etwas überfordert. Der Raum - eigentlich das Restaurant "Annette" - gemütlich, zum Glück gab es aber auch ein paar etwas größere runde Tische.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war als Deluxe Studio deklariert, es war aber sehr klein und hatte ein viel zu kleines Badezimmer mit einer viel zu kleinen Dusche. Dazu war es zu kalt, die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert bzw. wurde der Heizbetrieb in den Zimmern vielleicht eingestellt. Alles in allem viel zu teuer für das, was angeboten wurde.
Das Frühstück eigentlich unvorstellbar, wie wenig man ohne Aufpreis essen "durfte". Im Brotkörbchen für zwei Personen nur eine kleine Butter. Auf Nachfrage erhält man eine weitere Butter. Ein kleiner Teller Schinken für 10 Euro. Rührei umsonst, alle anderen Speisen mit Ei plus € 3 etc. etc. und dies für einen Zimmerpreis von etwas über € 700,00!!

Unbelievable stay!
Pros:

We had an absolutely unbelievable experience at The Grand Hotel Cayré. A few notable mentions:
- our room was ready at 9am for check in, we were so pleasantly surprised!
- cleaning service was excellent.
- decor and upkeep of rooms is impeccable. We were in the deluxe room with the pull out couch, and it was huge. Bathroom is small but beautiful and absolutely doable.
- breakfast was quick, delicious, and the service was great despite it being busy.
- the hotel always smelled amazing.
- staff was always available to answer the phone when we needed an extra luggage cart, ice, wine glasses, etc.
We spent a lot of time searching for the perfect hotel in Paris, probably 20 hours. We finally decided on the Grand Cayré and were so incredibly pleased. Don’t hesitate to book, and pay extra to upgrade, it’s worth it!

Location is perfect, right by subway and bus stops, walkable to everything.

We will never stay in a different hotel in Paris.
