Pros:

Friendly staff, nice offers for upgrades, lovely rooms

Cons:

Tiny complaint was to ask for the chrome cast to be fixed but was never done. Not really needed though!

Un séjour au top dans un lieu très agréable et très bien localisé pour visiter la ville

Personnel très prévenant
Parking privé donnant sur arrière hôtel et permettant accès PMR (pas possible par entrée principale qui comporte un escalier)
Petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

Un tout petit bémol …. Il faut donner la veille l’heure à laquelle on veut prendre son petit déjeuner… une petite contrainte que l’on ne souhaite pas forcément en vacances

Utrecht ist cool zu entdecken vom Nox aus
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Ausstattung toll. Am besten hat uns die Lage im Zentrum gefallen. Personal sehr nett.
Über das Essen können wir nichts sagen, wir haben Auswegs gegessen.

Cons:

Die Erreichbarkeit des Parkplatzes, das zum Hotel gehört ist sehr abenteuerlich. Navi und Google Maps führen einen durch Einbahnstrassen und Fahrverbote. Das Personal weiss um diese Schwierigkeiten. Besser wäre, dies klar zu kommunizieren oder eine richtige Wegbeschreibung dazuzugeben.

Stellar hotel at a perfect location.
Pros:

The location is stellar. Close to the Dom Church and the Pandhof (please visit!). The hotel is also beautifull, nice friendly employees and the location for diner is stunning with a 10m high ceiling. The room itself was also great, as it was the suite it even had a private balcony with view on the Dom Church. Super great experience, will be back.
