Wonderful stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Great central location on a quiet street, which made it both convenient and peaceful. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it. 😊

De geweldige kamer. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Cons:

De bereikbaarheid naar jullie hotel ivm afsluitingen etc. Maar heb hele goede hulp gehad van jullie receptie.

Vreselijk nooit weer

Het personeel was aardig

Cons:

Het bed was vreselijk. We lagen in een kuil. Je moest echt op de rand van het bed slapen, wilde het nog een beetje comfortabel zijn.
Daarnaast ligt het hotel naar een kerk en de Domtoren. De Domtoren maakte elk half een uur een muziekje. Ook in de nacht. Heb met sprongetjes van een half uur geslapen.

Locatie is geweldig!

Helaas geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar toen we deze wilden reserveren bij ons verblijf

Der Aufenthalt entsprach weder hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Service noch Preis-Leistung den Erwartungen an ein Vier-Sterne-H

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt. Teppiche und Zimmer waren deutlich verschmutzt, Bettwäsche trotz Flecken nicht frisch bezogen, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Der Föhn war schmutzig und von sehr einfacher Qualität. Die Raumtemperatur wurde regelmäßig abgesenkt, insbesondere im Bad war es sehr kalt. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten, Parkgebühren waren unverhältnismäßig hoch. Am zweiten Tag kam es zu einem Stromausfall, bei dem das Hotel nicht kooperativ reagierte. Für ein sehr kleines Zimmer wurden 200 € pro Nacht berechnet, was aus unserer Sicht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung steht. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen und empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht. Dies war ein Geschenk was wortwörtlich nicht eines war.
