First impression upon entering the room was already unpleasant — the toilet had a very strong, foul smell. There were no basic amenities provided, no TV in the room, and no iron or ironing board. When we requested for one, we were told the iron was broken. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and definitely not up to hotel standards. Hope the management takes immediate steps to improve.
