The room was clean! The bed is relatively small. The sauna close to the swimming pool was nice. Very close to the IT-park. Recommend visiting Sugbo mercado.
The water in the swimming pool was freezing 😁. The temperature in the co-working space was too low.
The room was very clean and comfortable, just as expected based on the website. The pool was beautiful and very nice to use. The staff was always friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance. Very nice stay.
The only thing that would be better would be if a washcloth was provided as well, but otherwise it was great!

Not very convenient.keep in mind u have to bring everything your own as they don’t supply any basic.
Appartement très confortable et très grand avec une belle vue. Quelques cafés à proximité pour le petit dejeuner. Une belle piscine un peu bruyante et froide mais appréciable
Emplacement un peu loin du centre commercial mais rien de terrible - il manque cependant un vrai restaurant à proximité
Pool was nice
1 towell per person for 3 days is unacceptable. Also 1 toilet paper for two people for 3 days is outrageous
The check-in was troublesome. A lot of personal information asked. I booked it myself so I would think it should only be my ID that would presented but I was asked for my husband's too and he was out looking for a parking because literally the property only has about 5 slots of parking. They never even reached out if we needed any parking and we were made to pay for extra parking which I vehemently disagreed. I asked for a full refund instead since we can get free parking any hotel we go in Cebu.
We checked in so later prolly around 7 or 8pm already and so tired from travel and so the hassle of not having any parking and troublesome checkin did not help at all as a tired guest with a toddler in tow.
The bathroom was designed to flood towards the toilet. I wish there is a glass closure to avoid the bath water to come out and drain towards the toilet drainage.
Checkout was smoother.
Made to pay parking but since I disagreed, they gave the free option. Checkin should be smooth next time for guests and they should proactively ask guests who booked if they needed parking so they can allocate it properly and let the guests know of any parking fees.
Its sad that it only had a limited parking for the guest.
I have to rent an overnight parking space in their residences and pay 300 pesos.
They have a nice pool though. Family room is nice and clean but no toiletries like toothbrush and shave provided.
Nice clean room
There's construction in the building. It's very loud, they warned me about the noise after I signed all the check in paperwork. Also, they will only give you one small roll of toilet paper every 3 days. Also, on a map it looks close to IT park, it's at least a 15 minute walk.
Staff were amazing. some facilities still needed finishing. pool was lovely. Great location walking distance to IT Park.
the room was very clean and comfortable. the gym is quite small but you can get a good workout in. the pool area is really big. IT Park is a close walk, so you can get many different foods.
the area it‘s in, isn‘t too nice, I would not want to walk alone arround there at night.
